Geraldine Marsden was our move manager, great service throughout, nothing was too much for Geraldine. Went above and beyond. We sometimes spoke with Jess when Geraldine was on leave, again what a pleasure nothing was too much trouble.

The Oldham office (Laura Chadderton in particular) were excellent not only in marketing our property but also in providing support following a burst pipe and extensive water damage immediately prior to our first completion date. With R&D's help we were able to retain the interest of our buyers and successfully completed our sale some months later.

From originally arranging viewings to helping with the steps of placing and offer and securing a mortgage. Ryder & Dutton have recently been helping my son with his first house purchase. We were dealing with Lacey Williams at the Oldham office who we found to be very friendly, extremely helpful and so efficient. She was enthusiastic from the beginning and very easy to talk to . Nothing seemed like too much trouble. She kept us up to date every week and replied straight away to any queries we had, liasing with the sellers when needed. Unfortunately after 6 months of waiting in a chain the sale fell through due to ill health of the seller, which although very dissapointing could not be helped.Lacey was very sympathetic to both sides and has since contacted us about similar houses in the area.I would definately not hesitate to use Ryder & Dutton Oldham again in the future.A very professional service at one of the most stressfull times in your life!
