Comprehensive course and well structured learning from someone who has been there and done it and has the experience . Ryan is the real deal and tells you straight . No BS and excellent value for money 👍

The value in the course content is extremely high. I would go as far to say invaluable if all advice , guidance and instruction is implanted as taught then there feels as though there would be no room for failure. Where were you before joining — what problems, frustrations, or challenges were you facing?
I have done R2R but see the bottlenecks of doing it and the lack of control and poor stock, makes me what to pivot.

What specific results or wins have you achieved since joining?
I have clarity and the boldness to go out there and buy a property, renovate it and raise capital. It’s the shift in mentality that is my biggest win to date.

How has this changed your life, business, confidence, or momentum going forward?
I am now taking action and I am seeing the little wins to date

What would you say to someone who’s sitting on the fence about joining?
Your future self will thank you for joining the course. I already have a friend sign up. I also found out that someone in my workplace is also on the course. Big things happen from small things.

Not knowing what direction I'm going in. Frustrated with my low income and lacking a way to increase it despite going to university and having over a decade of experience.

(Big or small — clarity, bookings, viewings, investor convos… anything counts.)

A bit of a better understanding. Had my first investor discovery call over zoom.

Inspires me to keep networking and keep looking for people who could help me.

I have learnt a alot from Ryans course, its full of great value and easy to follow, Ryan answers everyones questions in the community group, and probides the knowledge to help you start and scale your business, i highly recommend his course.

Great course, loving it

Before I joined the course, I wanted to start with Airbnb or property in general but had no ideas how to start and didn’t know the risks behind it.

Only after I got the BnB Contractor course things became clearer. I now know what to do and what to avoid, plus I’m having the privilege to learn from Ryan's mistakes that may have had cost me thousands of pounds. I’m also more confident with investors, because I know what I’m doing now

Everything in the course is detailed and helpful! However, the part i find the most useful is the system. In the program Ryan goes step by step on how to set it up and get it running, we just need to put in the work and follow up

Can’t fault the course so far, for the money you pay you get so much value, especially when compared to other educators. Definitely worth the very small outlay to learn from someone experienced who’s done it all before.

Ryan is so knowledgeable and by sharing all his knowledge it saves his clients making expensive mistakes. I needed a new way to look at my business and it has opened up new possibilities. The academy and the community means you can take what you need and work through it step by step and check in with others who have faced the same issues. This is real value.
