I oreder a package of screws over 10 days ago
Haven't received them sent an email with no response from them I should have read the reviews before I ordered

Ordered 20' of filon. Packaged very well. looks like a good product. Put it on my teardrop camper. Looks great. Very pleased.

I ordered a door for my hot water heater. It arrived quickly but when I open the package I found several dents in the door frame. I believe the dents were caused by poor packaging and handling by the US Mail. I was able to pound out may of the dents and repaint the frame. I should not have had to do that.

I can only say I tried to order this door with another company started 17 February well I finally went with you guys and within 3 days the door was ordered and paid for so that in its self shows how great your staff has done. I would love to say thumbs up to all involved and thanks

The only thing keeping it from 5 was the fact that their shipping rate was misquoted. I wound up paying an additional 118.00 for shipping on top of the 175 paid up front.
That's a lot...nearly 300 dollars for shipping. Now it was over sized. 8.5 ft long box that weighed about 70 lbs, but still 118 off the mark is tough to swallow.
So why 4 and not lower?
Well because even with the added shipping cost, the total cost was still extremely competitive with every place else I looked. I bought 8.5' x 20' filon, all up cost was 600. And that's still a good price. Not as good as the 475 I thought it was going to be, but still good.

No screws came with the blinds/shades. They are not true blackout shades. The instruction sheet looked like it was printed on a 1970 printer.

My order was at waiting for fulfillment for 2 weeks. When I asked for an update it was cancelled.

considering I ordered it on the 17th of March and was charged $177.70 for shipping and handling. It is still waiting for shipment? really.

I needed the outdated “Battens” and they had them. They were only $10, but freight was $106 so I bought 4 even though I only needed 1. I wanted to order the seam tape, but website would not allow me so I tried calling and could not get an answer. Then I sent an email. Could not contact them with either method so I could not order the matching seam tape. Product was fine, but organization must be understaffed so don’t count anything that you can’t resolve on the website.
