Seam tape

What I can say is that the part came quickly. If I were to gripe, it would be about shipping.
What I ordered was pretty small. They shipped via USPS...for small stuff don't they have a flat rate?

As far as what I ordered, I've not used the seam tape yet, but looking at it I think it will be terrific.

Slow to ship

Ordered on a Thursday evening but took until Tuesday afternoon to get the item in to the shipper and 3 more days to wait for arrival to me. Other than being a little slow on shipping it out the site was well maintained and easy to navigate.

RV Parts Nation lacks honesty and…

RV Parts Nation lacks honesty and integrity. I was very concerned about ordering a compartment door on the internet. I wanted an exact replacement and went to great lengths to ensure that the door I ordered was perfect. Their web site for ordering a compartment door didn't provide an exact size option for my door so I emailed them and gave my number hoping for a call back. To my surprise Trina called back and assured my that I could custom order any size door needed. We exchanged several emails and finally ordered a door. I was very excited to receive my new door but was crushed to find that the door fit had 7/16" clearance (vs 1/8" on the old door) AND came with the wrong latch (which Trina finally accepted as her error in one of our 40 emails). Our follow up emails turned toxic with Trina maintaining that the door was exactly per my ordering instructions. After several emails she did finally own her error on the latch but the door sent was as ordered (so it was my fault that I receive a door with grossly excessive fit clearance). Trina did offer a $150 dollar credit toward another door with the correct latch arrangement but it would otherwise be exactly as the door I had already received (with 7/16" clearance). Unbelievable that she had to gall to suggest that I spend another $300 on another door that didn't fit correctly. I will never order anything from RV Parts Nation again and would advise everyone else to be very leery of this company.
