Great selection, price and service
I needed a part that my RV dealer was unable to provide at a reasonable cost, so I found it online at the RV Part Shop. The price was 1/2 what my dealer had quoted, and when I inquired if it was the correct item they responded quickly and assured me it was. I placed the order and the part arrived in less time than estimated and no shipping cost!

I called to order the part and was told that the only branch that had it was in Calgary I said great because I live in Calgary I need it quick and it didn’t arrive till mid January when I Ordered it back in December around the 20th. Also when it arrived it was the wrong parts for the unit which I had which I had reviewed with the sales representative. I have not yet tried to return the part although I would like to.

Counterman at Midland depot very helpful
Counterman at Midland depot very helpful. The rv toilet I ordered was shipped from Toronto. I specifically asked not to ship with Purolator because they pretend to be a courier service but are selective on where they will deliver ie, not my house. The net result is I had a 60km round trip to their drop off point. All other couriers deliver to my house. The helpful counterman at Midland understood my request not to use Purolator and said he had made a note on my order. It was after that I’m sure things went wrong

Sorry about that, but for some warehouses the only option is Purolator or expensive truck freight that would increase your cost.

Ordered thermostat said all good online…
Ordered thermostat said all good online added a switch a few weeks later guy said back ordered as they come in they will ship but would not send switch only for your savings. Then over two months later hey order wrong thermostat on contact guy said replacement part with wiring changes not even similar you would not even pay fir me to ship back so i paid shipping now ticket closed I shipped back two weeks ago and have proof you received you are scamming me i will ensure all my rv clubs and media are aware

Camco's Cam Lock Fastener - Great Experience
I was able to find a part I thought would be very difficult to find.
The locking mechanism for my hot water tank access door broke. I found Camco's Cam Lock Fasteners, stainless Steel version sold in pairs. I will be ready to replace the broken one beginning of next season as we're already winterized.
I should also mention the part was in stock and shipped within a reasonable period of time.
I'm very pleased with this experience.
