Advertised as a Parisian luxury brand, I paid 70 euros for a top that looked so good on their website. Disappointed to find out that it’s just drop shipped from China which was a bit of a turnoff considering how much I paid. Gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking the quality would still be good since most good quality items are made in China anyway. When I received it. it came in this reusable bag that is meant to look fashionable with a buckle and zip, but it didn’t match the aesthetic of RUVE and now I had to deal with this bag I won’t ever use. Quality of the knit top is extremely disappointing, looked so cheap and like it would be ruined after a couple of washes. Very disappointed with the quality to say the least. Won’t recommend. Convinced those 5 star reviews are fake because I can’t imagine a sane person paying this much for this quality.

Ordered a knit top, was not sure how the fit would be but it exceeded my expectations!! Fits like a glove and the quality is AMAZING. Super unique top, but I can wear it with just about anything, obsessed!

Absolutely in love with the Vaona jumpsuit! Fits like a glove! Great thick material. It’s very stretchy so it’ll fit all sizes. The jumpsuit was a lil long for me, but not as noticeable with heels. I’m 5’3 for reference.

I love how versatile the knit jumpsuit is and how nicely it fits the body. Definitely getting it in black soon!!

At first my sister bought me one of your items for Xmas cause she knows I would have loved one of your suits, but once arrived, one of the straps was already worn out so I emailed the Ruve Support and they kindly and very quickly replied giving me a gift card, worth the amount of the item. The new item came and it was absolutely perfect.

I ordered the Imalona pants and I LOVE them. I received my order faster than expected and they are better than I imagined. The fit is great and can be worn in different ways. The quality is good and looks like the pictures on the site. I also sent an inquiry via the site asking about color and style options and received a quick, pleasant response. I will be placing more orders and I recommend RUVE! Even the packaging was great. I was pleasantly surprised at the pretty protective bag the pants came in.

I ordered two bodysuits and one was unfortunately damaged and the other too small. RUVE has been very accommodating and communication has not been an issue at all. They are helping me settle this situation efficiently and smoothly!

Ruve is truly the best store with the best customer service. I bought the new dress that they released and it had just a couple of threads that were poking out on the front, and I simply was looking to hopefully exchange it for a different one and send that one back. I didn't want to mess with it or try to fix it myself so I just emailed Ruve through email and they responded really fast! ( I also want to mention that apart from the threads just overall the quality of the rest of the dress is amazing. It feels heavy, expensive, and is packaged really nicely. They also use composable packaging! [always a plus] ) Anyway, I didn't know that their email had accidentally been put under my spam folder, so I had messaged them on instagram as well. They responded really fast on there too, and just let me know that they had emailed me back. They were just amazing with me and I'm sure that is how they are with everyone. They fixed my issue and definitely went out of their way to make it the most convenient for me. Ruve is the only store that has made me feel confident ordering anything from them. They're trustworthy and make sure that their customers are receiving the best quality items. Will be telling all my friends and family that Ruve is THE shop to buy from.

I ordered two jumpsuits, where I partly used my gift card I got and payed the remaining 122 EUR by card. When I received my items, both of them came damaged.


This is the second time I’ve purchased from them, the first time I received a broken item as well, which resulted in them not wanting to give me a full refund for the item, at last I got a gift card which as mentioned, I used partly for this order. Worth mentioning is that the second item from my first order later broke as well only after one use.

The quality of this company’s clothing is obviously very bad unfortunately.

return policy is really set to f you up. I'm 5'9 and can't close the bodysuit (size M) in the crotch area. Im skinny and all so this is really not size inclusive. If I would try to return it I would've spent more on shipping than the piece was actually worth.

I ordered the NIME dress and the delivery was very fast. I had a small issue with finding my parcel, but the ruve customer service replied and assisted me super fast. In love with the product, the dress fits like a glove, and the packaging was super cute, I am sure to order many more items rom them!

shein quality for triple the price. Not worth it . I got the Javane jacket and delivery was quick but the quality is shocking for the price. This shop is posing as higher end while being low end . Please dont spend your money here . I wish i had read the reviews before buying.

I believe I was shipped the wrong size for a top I ordered. The Ruve support team kindly offered me an exchange in the form of a gift card to accommodate my issue with return shipments. I'm grateful for this help as I really loved the Suva bodysuit which came stylishly packaged and is a unique piece! Can't wait to try the rest of RUVE's unique selection.

Très déçue de ma première commande chez Ruve Shop. J’ai commandé la combinaison Vaona en noir, la qualité est médiocre, la matière bouloche, on dirait une tenue commandée sur Shein, malgré l’image haut de gamme et les visuels attractifs, la qualité n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Je me suis plains au service client qui m’a donné un bon de 30 euros pour une autre commande mais au vue de ma piètre expérience, je n’ai pas du tout envie de passer commande à nouveau chez eux.
