The Deck in One Day product is HORRIBLE! We painted our deck, and it has been a couple of months, and it looks HORRIBLE!
After we finish painting, I reached out to the company for additional help because it did not look like it was protected. We did not get any help!
DON'T BUY!

Have used Rustoleum many times in the past but never had to remove it before.

Sent an email through to their help desk and instead of getting steps on how to remove the product, I was asked why did I have to remove said product.

I didn't realise that I needed to justify my change in colour choice.

What's the point?

Using oil base paint on metal, it is completely shit..seems thick but still doesn't cover. So sticky and drys sooo fast can't after 30 seconds reconnect with it, but still will leave runs in paint. Can't understand how can get runs with something that drys why too fast and does not cover at all..completely shit. DO NOT BUY

Excellent company fast efficient service always. We have used this company many times always efficient and such lovely colours. Very nice wall and ceiling emulsion very Matt as we like it

Ordered 20th Dec and told delivery was before 10pm 24th
It never arrived, no customer service until the new year
I was hoping to get the job done in the holidays
Linking at all the bad reviews they clearly don't care

Twee keer besteld via Praxis, maar twee keer is de verkeerde verf geleverd.

I purchased the ' washable ' kitchen tile paint.

Tiles were sugarcoated, and rinced then left overnight to try. I done the first coat in the morning, and second coat 8 hours later... doing my second coat the first coat was peeling off....so I ripped it all off, released rinced and dried the surface and tied again.

Unfortunately the results were the same .... literally running my fingers across the paint is enough to make it peel.

Extremely disappointed.

This new Universal trigger design put as much paint on my hand as went onto the part I was trying to paint. I don't know who came up with this design but they must not be using the finished product.

Website clearly says free next day delivery. Just had condition that delivery will be in 5 days time. Liars.

12-1-2024 My product rating is Less than a 1. The Rustoleum Metallic Paint & Primer in One spray paint can design with a tapered top, cap-less, is a defective and unsafe one. Warrants some Consumer Protection review, I feel.
It backfired into my entire face. A few spits and spatters may be expected but not this VOLUME of paint coming back forcefully like it did.
Rustoleum is not willing to reimburse on expenses (including some medical) incurred so not sure which of several options we will pursue.
No, I cannot say I would recommend.
(They keep sending us pre-programmed emails to get us to "sign off" on, and then they will send us a Return product shipping label to surrender the spray can!
That is not the same as resolution and accountability.)

Wat een rotzooi.
Hittebestendige rust-oleum gekocht bij de Gamma en in de zomer buiten de Kachel geverft .
Daarna 2 dagen later de Kachel ook buiten laten branden zodat de verf goed uithard .
Bij kouder weer ging de Kachel aan en een mega rook ontwikkeling van de verf die erop zat.
Naar 3 weken stinkt de Kachel nog steeds naar verf en vooral als die heet wordt.
Welke gevaarlijke dampen komen er nu steeds wel niet vrij??
Ben met de klacht naar de Gamma geweest en die hebben er achteraan gebeld.
Antwoordt was dat men het een paar dagen later kon ruiken maar geen 3 weken later nog en het ergens anders aan zou liggen ..b.v aan een niet geveegde schoorsteen. Tja ook een manier van afschepen.
Heb zelf nog een mail gestuurd maar geen reactie terug gekregen👎

Bought floor tile paint £46 for two litres. Applied on bathroom floor tiles with light traffic slippers or bare feet. After the seven recommended days paint chipped in various spots. TOTAL waste of time and money.

The worse paint I have EVER used!!
Been painter/decorator for 30 years. Was asked to use this paint against my better judgment, I wish I’d said no!!
It’s absolutely awful, it drags, it’s patchy, it looks hideous and no matter what brush you use, it still drags 🤷‍♀️!
Rust-Oleum, if it were down to me I wouldn’t even award you one star!!!

I purchased and applied Rustoleum Epoxy shield to my garage floor. I did extensive and proper prep. Product looked great and I was very happy. I was expecting it to have the quality and durability of most epoxy products (I've had epoxy floor before) but it's hardly more durable than normal floor paint. Had a spill hidden between boxes that I didn't see for a couple of weeks and the floor is now damaged. I reached out to Rustoleum and they basically said Too bad you're on you own. And to patch it, you'll need to buy a whole garage floor kit because we can't help with a repair/patch quantity of product. They want me now to spend a few more hundred dollars t fix a product that fails to meet expectation. Great customer support Rustoleum (That’s sarcasm). No more Rustoleum products for me. Ever. Lacks quality and Support.

Tried to use Rust-oleum Printer's Touch spray paint, followed all instructions on the can regarding shaking and temperature. In well under a minute then nozzle had blocked or maybe the air has run out, either way nothing will come out . The can is still 95%full and at £14 a can this is not good enough. I will now have to go back to B&Q for a refund and will buy s different brand.

Firstly I had to give one star, so I could write a review. I have to say, this is the worse paint I have ever had the misfortune to use, I have been painting for over 55 years , so I know how to paint, the first coat was streaky, lines, everywhere, I then bought new paint brushes, still no good. To cut a long story short, after 4 coats, big white blotches are appearing , chipped paint, with out even knocking it. Terrible stuff.

I recently bought several cans of spray paint that were defective. It happens in all massed produced products. I will say I contacted them about the issue and they promptly sent me replacement products and sent me way more than I originally purchased. Extremely excellent customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered paint specifically advertised as suitable for bathrooms, with the expectation that it would withstand moisture. However, after the very first shower, I noticed streaks of moisture running down the walls, leaving unsightly stains.

I contacted customer service, but it took several days to get a response. When I finally did hear back, despite providing clear photos of the issue, the only advice I received was to ‘keep the bathroom ventilated,’ as if that wasn’t already being done. No offer of a refund or replacement paint was made, and the company didn’t take responsibility for the flawed product.

Overall, the product did not perform as promised, and the customer service was slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company.

Unsure why the website states next day delivery as when the order wasn’t dispatched the disinterested customer adviser said “it’ll be delivered in two days”. False advertising?

Without any doubt Rust-Oleum is by far the worst paint we have ever used. My wife started using it and said she was struggling to get a good finish. So I had a go, oh dear shocking quality product. I ended up rubbing the entire surface back down and started over with a different manufacturers product. Wonderful now looks as it should. I personally would never use this brand again, 1st and last time.
