Beautiful product, professional service
After visiting the showroom in Newtonmore, we knew we wanted to use Russwood for our flooring in our home in Edinburgh. We asked for recommendations for a fitter local to us who we used - he turned out to be very good indeed. We had lots of questions about care of the finished product and the staff have been really helpful in providing us with advice on after care. Delighted with the end result!

All Good but inconsistent painting.
Very helpful in understanding my need. Clear instruction about payment and delivery. Goods delivered on time although no update were given for such long lead time. Delivered in good packaging.
Disappointed with the painting (important as these were for external use) workmanship. Very inconsistent throughout the length of the timber. Expected high quality painting for such a price. Natural wood colour appeared at both ends of the timber. Had to repaint manually!!

Very happy with the floorboards…
Very happy with the floorboards supplied by Russwood. Excellent quality as expected. The sales team is very helpful, reacts quickly to queries and helps sorting out last minute concerns. Only drawback: last time, the delivery truck was unsuitable to access small residential streets in London, which created some complications.

Siberian Larch Cladding
From first contact Russwood were a great company to deal with. They offered great advice on choice of materials and measurements. Order arrived on the estimate delivery date. The quality of the wood was astounding!!, not one piece of cladding was unusable as they hand pick each length. I would thoroughly recommended anyone looking for a top quality finnish.
