Stolen money
I am filing this complaint regarding a payment issue that was handled very poorly.
I sent an e-transfer using the same payment details I had successfully used for previous orders with this company. The payment was accepted and deposited, as confirmed by my bank.
After providing proof of payment, I was informed that the company had changed their payment email without properly securing or disabling the previous one. Despite the payment being successfully received on their side, they are refusing to fulfill the order or take responsibility.
Instead, they are asking me to wait for the transfer to “expire”, which is impossible since the funds have already been deposited.
This situation reflects a serious lack of internal control and accountability. Customers should not bear the risk of a company’s failure to properly manage their payment systems.
I have made multiple purchases with this business in the past without any issues, which makes this handling even more disappointing.
Unless this is resolved properly, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
