I purchased a car from Runnymede for £9,000. Just 5 months later, it required over £5,000 worth of work to make it roadworthy. That's over 50% of its value a matter of weeks after it was out of warranty. When I flagged it to Runnymede, they showed no interest in taking any accountability, stating that it was all age and mileage related and staggeringly none of it would have been covered by the warranty regardless. It was safely the poorest customer experience and worst value for money that I have had in buying a car from anyone, ever.

Bad service all round from start to finish. They have very poor communication skills do not return calls. Sold me a damaged car and then not prepared to fix the problem. Also some of the staff were very rude to me. Please avoid this joke of a company.

Got a puncture when I was just driving past this place. I pulled in and asked if they could take a look for me. They said they would see what they could do. Came back a little while later with the puncture repaired and the car ready waiting for me. Great service.

Please do not buy your car from this company. My partner and I brought a car from them in December 2020 and we have had nothing but problems with the car and poor communication from the management at Datchet ever since. The EGR cooler went on our BMW within the first month of buying the car. When we returned the car to the garage we were told this part was not covered under warranty. They took the car in to do the repair only for my partner to pick up the car, check the part and found nothing had been done with it! We took the car back to the garage and they took the car back to replace the EGR cooler (we were reassured by management it would actually be done this time). We were told they would only need to keep the car for a day or two, they had it for over a week, leaving us without any car for travelling to work! We picked up the car and checked the part had been replaced before we left the garage! A few months later and here we are again with the exact same issue! Turns out they replaced the part with a 2nd hand EGR cooler (we were charged for a brand new one) not only that, we were charged double the price than what has now been quoted to us by BMW directly! We have been promised calls back from the management team which have never happened. Completely appalled by this disgusting service and I would encourage EVERYONE to steer clear of this place!

They sold me broken car! The lies started when I asked how many previous owners the car had they said 2 turned out that 4.
Was connected to the computer a few days after purchase to check possible faults because the computer in the car at high engine speed showed „full performancem not available” also other broken things.
3 months they pretended to repair. I picked it up 3 times because they said it was repaired, and then I had to take it back to their garage. Everything was related to extra cost (I couldn't work, Uber trip etc.)
Finally rhe POLICE had to intervene and the car was bought from me by the same dealer for a smaller amount and than I paid, and it's on sale again! I do not recommend it, I advise you to stay away from them !!!

I bought a car from this company and within 24 hours it was showing serious faults. They are now refusing to communicate with me. Do not recommend.

Travelled from South Wales to view a car I had seen advertised. I wasn't disappointed, car was a good as it look in the ad, I was able to look at vehicle and test drive it without any pressure from the salesman. Kordian was very helpful and friendly couldn't fault how he dealt with me. So far happy with my purchase and the service I recieved.
