Don't normally do reviews but these trainers are so comfy,im always a bit worried as iv had problems breaking running trainers in before but these are amazing. Straight out and did a5k and feel as though iv had them on for months,can't recommend them enuf.

The best customer service and support
The best customer service and support I have received in many many years. The postal service let me down and when my order arrived the shoes had been stolen, this was no fault of RunningShoes.co.uk but they responded quickly and went above and beyond to make it right. Ronhill Woman’s Tech Revive Black Tights
Great service, quick delivery and good communication. The Ronhill leggings are perfect, true to size, super comfortable, they stay up and are great quality. On top of that they were half price at £25 so I’m a very happy runner. Would definitely buy again and from this supplier. Thank you!

What a fantastic website
What a fantastic website. I dont normally write reviews. So Bought some Hoka Torrent 2 shoes. They were the cheapest i could find on the net. Free delivery and turned up in 2 days. Wow, wow, wow. They perhaps dont have all of the makes and brands you might want,but if they have what you want they are a great price and great service

Top-notch customer service!
I ordered a pair of shoes on Sunday and received them on Thursday. When I opened the box, the pair consisted of unmatched sizes (a size 6 and a size 7). I emailed them mostly because I wanted to ask if there were any size 6s left because when I placed my order it said there was only one pair available. Within 5 minutes of sending the email, I received a phone call from Chris who was super apologetic and told me that he would send me a correct pair and made sure himself that they were the correct sizes in the box and that I would get them the next day. On top of that, they sent me a link for free postage to return the mismatched pair. I received the new and correct pair on the Friday. Very impressed with the customer service and the great prices on the website. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service - Flow Velociti Wind
Ordering was simple and easy. Good level of communication from ordering to delivery. Trainers arrived as promised and are as described on the website. The shoes I bought were very competitively priced (lowest compared to other sellers). I would recommend RunningShoes and would use them again.

Expensive delivery and returns…
Expensive delivery and returns procedure compared to others who offer one or both for free. The vest I was looking at was only £20 but I'm looking at £5 for delivery and then the same for return if it doesn't fit or I don't like it. Adds an additional 50% to price.
Their service seems outdated, I've visited the site so many times but never end up buying due to this.
