Well worth the time to check out their website and what they offer…..yummy low carb dishes🥰

I‘ve made a few of the recipes from Ruled.me and they have been fantastic!!!!!! There are even some well made videos on YouTube. They have much more to offer in the way of support for low carb/keto lifestyle but I haven’t made the commitment as of yet. Just making sure I can eat flavorful, fulfilling meals before I commit to a total lifestyle change, as my whole household will need to take this ride with me🙃

Many years ago l stumbled onto Ruled.Me. I enjoyed watching the videos as they tried new recipes. They were having fun and watching them make and try the recipes encouraged me to try them. I miss the old homemade videos, but l understand that you’re successful now - Congratulations! and those videos take time. I still love trying your recipes! Thanks for Ruled.Me!

I appreciate the wonderful recipes and Keto information while not being bombarded by constant advertisements.

It helped me a lot with meal plans and weekly shopping lists. Craig also called me when I texted him with questions. That personal contact was invaluable. The recipes were easy to follow and if I didn't like an ingredient I just left it out or substituted a like ingredient.

Craig is a very talented, dedicated entrepreneur who cares deeply for his client base. He will go out of his way to ensure the complete happiness of any subscriber if they need help! His recipes are many & easy to make. All the ones I've tried are excellent! Give his site a go.

This website has been so helpful! The keto recipes are great, with clear instructions. Most ingredients are easily obtained and nutritional info is very specific and well formatted. I'm lazy so I appreciate the quick and simple recipes. I have tried some of the more complicated ones and have found the results worth the effort. I have shared this website with many friends who are trying keto and low carb.

I’ve been following a Keto diet for about 6 months and have tried several of the recipes, not all have been to my taste but I’m learning how to use them for myself.
The variety of recipes and ingredients is very versatile and easy to use.
I appreciate the efforts put in to create such a fantastic website which helps me stay on track with Keto.

The reason for such a high review is that the recipes actually follow a true Keto diet lifestyle - they are created for a regular person and you don't have to be a chef to create them. Even in Canada the ingredients are accessible. Thank you

The website is very informative and always helpful. I enjoy the update emails, getting new ideas and trying out the recipes. My husband enjoys eating keto without even realizing it! The only problems I have are translating America recipe names and ingredients to local produce. It would be great to have an option for metric measurments and for the photo to be included in the print version as I save these as pdfs. Thanks Craig!

The receipes on here are sooooo good... I can't compliment enough.. They are healthy and appealing to the eye...

I love the recipes and I like to be able to swap recipes if something comes up that I don't care for. So much variety and I love that I don't have to keep track of what I eat because they do it for me. Would recommend to any one that wants to lose weight and not spend hours trying to figure out what to eat.

Craig & the information (recipes, the app, instruction, lifestyle recommendations, etc.) he provides on his website are aKeto force to be reckoned with. He is totally committed to providing a large selection of great tasting, simple to prepare recipes & is very easy to reach out with any specific questions. By far, the most user friendly site I've found in my 4 yr. Keto journey!

This was the first site that came up when I was just starting keto. It has the best information, ideas, recipes on the web in my opinion. It is a great resource for beginners as well as seasoned ketoers(is that a word LOL). The information is easy to follow, the website is easy to navigate and everything is laid out to help you succeed.

This website is great for finding recipes that fit a low carb lifestyle. Every recipe I have used has been successful. There's more than recipes so check out the whole site. Lots of information and support!

It’s a great place for keto recipes, never had a problem with them.

I have been following Ruled.Me for quite some time. I went Keto (and Gluten Free) due to an autoimmune process. Game changer. These recipes are delicious and inventive. I don't lack anything - there's bread, pasta, and sweets. I haven't tried the app yet (YET). Glad this site is around to give me some meal inspiration. Thanks, Craig!

I discovered Ruled.me about four years ago when I wanted to start the Keto way of eating to lose weight, feel better and stay healthy. Realizing I needed a “macro”, there was a link on the email on how to get your macro for the keto food program. That day, the link did not work. It just never “computed”, so I emailed the site and Craig responded. Talk about excellent assistance!!! He helped me through the process and I finally had my macro, which, to me, is the key to the success of losing weight.
To this day, I talk about this website and have told numerous people about it and how easy it is to navigate, and that the food menus are absolutely delicious and easy to prepare, etc. I even found myself talking to a stranger in line at Costco when he asked about my choice of flour in the cart. (Almond flour!).
I am now starting the “diet” once again to lose weight, meaning I will measure and weigh everything, and that is my way of controlling the delicious food that is “keto”!
