RugsThatFit Omdömen

The rug is gorgeous - Finely crafted with timely delivery. What made the whole experience fantastic was the customer service. Having ordered a custom rug, speaking to a live person on the phone to answer my questions coupled with immediate email responsiveness was like no other company. RugsThatFit is great!

Great Quality, Look and Customer Service. I called in to check status of order and the owner made sure I had my great looking rug in time for guests at our new home. As a business owner myself, I know how many moving pieces have to come together to please people and RugsThatFit has figured it out!

When I had questions, they were answered very quickly. When I needed to have a custom size. They made it for me, and delivered. A little pricey but great quality. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service, very fast response they made the purchase as easy as possible.
I made a custom order and it turned out to be exactly as wanted& the quality of the rugs is amazing.
Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, Excellent product.
What else could one ask for? I have purchased 11 mats and received very positive feedback. I like that these are custom, the rubber backing does not rub off on surface, mat design will not fade, made in USA. Love them and undoubtedly will be ordering more in the future.

The customer service of this company far surpasses their already amazing quality of products. By far the best place to order a rug. Hands down.

RugsThatFit helped me find a great option for our dining room when our first choice was not available.
They contacted me and sent samples to help us decide.
Now we cannot imaging any other area rug in the space!

We're very pleased with both the quality of the custom outdoor carpet we ordered from RugsThatFit, and the service we received. We'd definitely order from them again.

Very nice quality rug and customer service. Thank you!

Great company to work with! I had a unique design and size. The design team worked with me and it turned out perfectly! I couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely order from them again.

Dan is so thorough and wants every customer to be happy. On our recent purchase, he sent me samples, followed up until we were sure we had the right purchase and experience. He has incredibly high standards for product manufacturing and for customer satisfaction. We have purchased (and loved) Infinity mats for our entrances, and this was our first purchase for the interior. We received a beautifully hand made 5x7 rug for our entrance. I am a huge fan of Rugs That Fit and am very impressed by both the design and customer service standards of this company.

Everyone at Rugs That Fit were so very helpful. We're very pleased with the rugs, their service and how fast and efficient they were.

This rug was perfect and exceeded all expectations. And, when I had a question, real people answered the phone and followed up with emails. EXCELLENT customer service and top notch product! Very Trustworthy. Order your rug now!

I am SO happy with my custom sized welcome mat that words can’t properly describe the joy! Up to now, I’ve purchased big box store welcome mats that come in standard size. I had to buy two and it always looked tacky to me. This welcome mat is perfect in every way. It’s exactly the size of my front stoop, and the imprinting looks awesome! It’s a nice quality but not too heavy to move around. The biggest plus? Ordering it was quick and easy and very very reasonable! I also experienced the best customer service and email response time I’ve had since the Covid lockdown in 2020. My email was responded to in less than an hour and I placed my order the next day. I figured it would take at least three weeks to receive. I think I received it in two. That’s quick for custom made.

Rugs are absolutely GORGEOUS! The team assisted me with my order and they just look sooooo good, we're beyond happy with the finished product & will be ordering more, for sure!

I haven’t used my rug yet because our new build is not complete but the rug looks gorgeous and of high quality!
I can’t wait to put it in front of our black wrought iron door!!

It was such an easy process all because of the guidance I received. I knew what my boss wanted and the end product was beyond amazing. My boss loved it so much that he had me order several more!

Love the rug it’s makes my living room look stunning

Very happy with my purchase of a Fibreworks custom sized runner from RugsThatFit. My inquiries were answered promptly and courteously, and the rug arrived even more quickly than estimated. And it looks great!
