I received a bonus, made the turnover, fulfilling all the bonus rule and convert it i real cash. Then i won more money with that cash, and now when i ask for a cashout, they´re saying that i can´t get it. I have the money standing in the "withdrawable" screen, and they´re saying i can´t have it. So, they´re keeping the money above the limit withdrawable rule of the bonus, but when someone wins with the real money, they reffuse the withdraw. I think its a real warning and a hit in the trust with Ruby Slots. I don´t recommended it.

Thought it was great, was winning and then...tried to withdraw and they make it impossible. They have no problem taking your money from whatever account but they won't pay out to that account.My advice, just stay away and play your money somewhere legit.

Don't waste your money here, if you win you'll never get your withdraw accepted. They don't have live chat, the only way to contact them is via email then they take 3 days to respond and aren't helpful at all, nothing gets resolved and then they start a whole new case number. Nope.
