Do not deposit here. The first or second time you will win and then never again. It’s a scam site. The wager requirements are way too high for bonus. When you hit any free spins or bonuses in game you never win big. It will bring you back to your original deposit amount. I play these same slots on other casino and they somehow manage to win high amounts occasionally, but never ever ever here. I have deposited over 3k I withdrew around 400$ when I first signed up. Try any other casino!

Got a email few months ago requesting…
Got a email few months ago requesting more documents than the usual such as proof of income last 5 years. bank statements for 3 months etc etc and had to update my licence as well. I had 30 days to provide all this otherwise account would be closed. 23 days after I was winning on jackpot city and accounts were shut down. I have sent all relevant documents and still waiting over 2 weeks for a outcome which is not the timeframe they say on website also do not keep to what they state in terms and conditions. Not a happy as I have spent alot of money with those casinos and that's how I get treated. New update 16th August. Another email stating my account is still under review this has been now about 6 weeks since I emailed the last bit of information they requested. No reason as to why or how much longer just told same old thing that they will be in touch when there is a outcome. Loyal customer for so long just feel that alittle bit of loyalty and honesty would be appreciated

Deposit is on account in second, but withdrawal is fairytale.
To confirm account, you need to wait min 2 days, for now i wait 7 times x 3 days, and always i get answer that something is not good with papers.
8 times i sent all correct papers, and now i dont get any answer for 7 days.
So, i have deep regret to play on ruby fortune.
