As a professional I am really disappointed with RubioMonocoat where stock levels are inaccurately defined online. To receive no communication for 15days about an order, to then be told when calling them, that stock isn’t due in for another two days leaves me both frustrated and having to field complaints and extra charges from an installation team. Totally lost faith in this company’s ability to be accurate! Be warned.

Brilliant products and great, easy website
Having done a lot of research on their products and uses it was incredibly encouraging to see how good their website, product range and ordering process was. Delivery was brilliant and everything came well packaged, labelled and a day earlier than expected. The products are also quite special (oils, decking oils, stains etc). Would highly recommend.

I find your website hard to navigate
I find your website hard to navigate. I had to phone to have a discount voucher activated but it was not validated - so there was no point in not pre-authorisation. Delivery was good - sub 24 hrs.

Heard about this from bourbonmoth on youtube, and haven't used anything else on Oak since. One coat fully protected, looks great as it doesn't go that orangey colour Oak can take with something like Danish oil.
