Rtgoffroad Omdömen

DO NOT BUY! Bought their gloss black window trim covers for my 2023 Silverado. THE WORST FITMENT AND BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. The cover goes at least an inch past the top of the window and it is not wide enough to cover the original matte black trim. Aside from the main pieces they fit even worse, you wouldn’t even think it’s for the same type of vehicle. I couldn’t believe what they sent me, it’s like they sent me some random shapes that are generally similar to the shape of my window pillars. It literally looks like the guy that was cutting them must’ve been wearing drunk goggles. $45 for 8 pieces of plastic was ridiculous from the start. Losing $45 doesn’t bother me but knowing I gave that money to rtg off-road does.

I attempted to get a refund on a part that I ended up not using a week after purchase. all in original packaging, as per their printed policy. They refused to accept the return because the "item not defective". Do yourself a favor, look on Amazon. Anything you find here can be bought on Amazon for 1/3 the price with guaranteed returns. The item I received already has buttons coming off it.

I have a set of their puddle lights for the AT4, they are trash.

They're barely visible if you have running board lights.

They have 180 day warranty if you can reach their customer support at all. But that doesn't matter because they're puddle lights will die with 8-9 months well outside of the warranty period.

I would avoid these and go with the OEM ones that last 5-10 years.

Rtgoffroad’s customer service and products are top-notch! I am a returning customer and will continue to purchase products from them.

They have great products, Customer Service is second to none, they stand behind those product so if you have an issue they WILL MAKE IT RIGHT, very few other companies go to this length to keep the customers happy. I have purchased from them a dozen times, puddle lights, grill lights, trim decals, key fobs, bed tiedowns, all have been great products.

I just have to say, these products are absolutely incredible! The level of quality is outstanding across the board—from the flawless fit to the impeccable finish, it’s clear this company is passionate about delivering excellence. I’ve enjoyed several items, including the wireless accessory controller, custom mirror puddle lights, blackout window patch, and even the key fob protector, and every single piece is rugged, thoughtfully engineered, and crafted with care. Installation was a breeze, and everything performed perfectly right out of the box. But what truly blew me away was their unbeatable customer service. Whenever I had questions—whether about installation or product features—they responded lightning-fast, ensuring I felt valued and completely satisfied. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend their products to anyone looking for top-notch accessories!
