Took almost 2 hours to recieve my order because the guy was "out of stock" which became a problem when i needed to leave and you guys close the chat early now and wont add me back on discord. Then after 2 hours the guy shows up with a lvl 30 that has RWT right in the username as an extra kick in the junk to complete the trade. Been using this site for almost a decade and never have i dealt with such disrespect and lack of proffesionalism...

Been over 13 hours now and not received payment for 151mil OSRS sale (was told 0-2 hours). Their "24/7" Live-chat has went off-line and their discord I can't DM.

We’re really sorry about the delay. At the time you sold us the gold, the payout window was 12–16 hours rather than the usual 0–2 hours. Unfortunately, the live chat agent gave you the wrong ETA, and we take responsibility for that. Only our admin has access to the PayPal account, and he wasn’t available during that period, which caused the delay. Sorry again for waiting 14 hours for your payment!
