Just bought a new Toyota Aygo Edge X from Rochdale what a brilliant experience. Vicky was fantastic from start to finish. They gave me a really good trade in on my car sorted my finance with Toyota from seeing the car to picking up my new car was completed in less than a week. I love my car it’s beautiful thank you so much Vicky and RRG Rochdale Toyota !!

Booked my car for repairs and I was told it will cost me £144.00 inclusive of VAT for diagnosis. I booked an appointment for 28 July 2023. However, on 27 July, I received a call from Toyota informing me that previous price quote was a mistake and they will charge £144.00 per problem and it will need five to six hours to diagnose the problem and charges will be £144 per hour. Now what kind of a dealership requires six hours @144.00 per hour for just diagnosing the problem. Avoid this dealership like a plague.

I’m not going to deny things didn’t run smoothly. Thing is, whilst there were problems with some issues and a car I bought, the measure of a company is how they deal with problems once they arise and on that score I am happy to give Toyota RRG Rochdale 5/5. They listened, heard my problem, researched it to try and fix or verify and once matters slowed down they quickly discussed matters and brought about an agreeable solution; ie swapped a problem car (paperwork issues, nothing wrong with the actual car) for an alternative at an agreed price. I am very happy to recommend Danny and his team at RRG Rochdale

Last time to report Toyota have not accepted my explanation of the AA not following their procedure when I could not start my car on the drive.
Despite all my efforts , phone calls etc appantly the AA should not have disposed of the battery, as their procedure indicates, but should have towed my car back to the garage, and despite it being the weekend, no mechanics working , I would have to wait until the following Monday.
Absolute nonsense, when all that was needed was a new battery, which the AA fitted.
Guess who won't be buying a Toyota again, warranty very dicey indeed.

Especially from Kyle Graham.
I have worked in the motor service industry (AA) all my life and know about good customer care.
Even picked me up from the train station.
First class Dealership.

I have just bought my brand new Aygo from Toyota RRG in Rochdale. The process could not have been easier. Steve, the salesman who looked after me from choosing the car, to driving it away, was perfect. He made the whole process of buying a new car, easy. He was at the end of the phone to any questions, all documentation was in a folder and his explanations were clear and easy to follow. Vicky helped with all finance details in a clear precise manner – Thank you both.

RRG SKODA ROCHDALE NOT TOYOTA!
Took my car in several times over 18 months for a coolant leak which they did their best to find, they weren't sure but suspected a thermostat which the technician said was the probable but not certain cause of the leak. Ran out of warranty. Took it in for service and they found the source of the coolant leak. Wanted 200 pounds and offered me 30 as a contribution. RRG HAS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER (SECOND CAR PURCHASED FROM THEM).

Just picked up my new Toyota Yaris Y20 from RRG Rochdale. Excellent service and staff especially John Crichton made us feel so welcome. Well done to you all. Phil & Shirley.

Daylight robbery never go to bolton rrg quoted me £1350 on jobs after my service i took to my local garage half jobs didnt need doing and also even if all jobs were completed could be done for £250 thats £1100 overcharge they prey on pensioners and women im lucky i had sense to get a second opinion BEWARE

Recently my wife's car required some work, this was quoted as new concentric slave cylinder, and clutch kit. RRG wanted £1060 + VAT for the parts and 7.5 hours of labour at £100 per hour. I challenged the price however was told that it was 7.5 hours of work, now this wasn't a 3.0l V6 its a 1.0l Toyota IQ. Needless to say I walked out and found a garage up the road who completed the work in 3 hours for £400, they also commented that the required work was not 7.5 hours as quoted by RRG.
