Satisfaction with RRCats in the end...
I contacted RRCats in February, 2022 about a pair of catalytic converters from a 2014 Jetta. I was provided a quote quickly and shipped the pair of converters after receiving the quote for the pair. RRCats provided the shipping and they received the shipment about three days later. I provided all requested materials in the shipment along with ID and address. That was two months ago and I have not received payment for the catalytic converters. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else do business with them.
Update 4/23/22
After providing an original 1-star rating and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, RRCats responded and provided an explanation as well as payment for the catalytic converters I sent them. As such, I have changed their rating to 4-star for finalizing our original agreement.

I got a quote on Tuesday
I got a quote on Tuesday, shipped it Wednesday with free shipping label. From ohio to new jersey it took two days for them to receive it. They received it Friday at 11 o'clock and I received payment just as they promised by 1:30 pm on the same day. They are real and they are honest. A++++

I sent 2 converters off my 06 Silverado…
I sent 2 converters off my 06 Silverado quote on Monday and shipped Tuesday, they received them and sent check by Thursday. They are legit, i cut them before and after the welds where they mentioned. I thought they would take shipping out of payment but they did not. I got a prepaid label after the quote. They were pretty generous and text through the process.

I sold my cat to RRCats.com...
They are legitimate, but you may not get as much money as you think. Looking at their site right now, the lowest advertised price is $85/cat; the highest is $500/cat. I sent them some photos; my offer: $25. Being better than nothing, I took it. It cost me $12.16 to ship it. PayPal charged a 4.1% fee of $1.03. So I netted $11.81 (not including the cost of gas to drop it off).
