Happy for the most part but there are some staffers who, instead of answering questions, feels the need to correct and make you feel dumb for even asking the question in the first place. So long as I avoid that person, I’m good.

Very Good; Not Perfect
I changed up my meds after consulting a Dr. in Dec.-Jan range. (My T-levels were above the range, so I was feeling jittery among other things). Said it would take a few months. I requested a blood test to see where I was in the range. Was told I only get one test a year per the program but I could pay $75 if I wanted another test. Two things: if the Rx changes, one would think you’d want to see the effect, and for the cost of the program a reasonable follow-up should be covered by the cost. The staff is responsive and cordial, but I think they’re unnecessarily rubbing coins together.

As with any medication results do not happen overnight. With TRT replacement we do state it can take 2-3 months to see any results. This is also why we do follow up labs and consult to see if there needs to be any changes to your medication. If you have any concerns please reach out to us at anytime

It was pretty easy to get started
It was pretty easy to get started. I've been on trt for a month now and I'm already feeling the difference. My work outs have gotten alot better, I wake up with energy and have been in a better mood

Very professional and knowledgeable
Everyone I spoke with was a total professional. I wasn't pressured while I was deciding, but all my questions were answered. When I asked a question, not only was I given a detailed answer, but also examples for many of my questions.
Once I received my meds, they came just as promised. I called and emailed several times to ask questions about use and options. All communications were answered promptly and were very thorough.
I had tried TRT as 3 different facilities before I found Royal Medical and I feel like I have found a company who will really work with me.
I am just starting my 4th week and so far, everything is great. If allowed, I will give further updates and I move forward in the program.
I highly recommend Royal Medical!
