They got my wife home from Canada quickly and efficiently and were always on hand to answer questions honestly in terms of timescales, what was left to do etc.

It was a very confusing and upsetting time. It would have been bad to lose my husband here in Britain but was even worse to lose him while on holiday in a foreign country. The representatives of your company kept me up to date at every step so I knew what was happening. I never knew this kind of service existed and I was grateful for your help.

This service was amazing, especially Aldo who kept me informed from start to finish and made my worries about everything so much less. He was always in contact with me and re assuring me that every thing was going to be ok. Thank you Aldo from the bottom of my heart

Communication with Rowland Brothers was excellent through the whole process in repatriating my husband following his sudden death whilst on a cruise in South America. Aldo in particular was very supportive and his calm nature assured me everything would be okay. Sadly death certificates were lost somewhere en route from Miami which was distressing but duplicates were obtained fairly quickly. My insurer dealt with the cost and Rowland Brothers at no time asked for any money. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Cannot speak highly enough of the representative that came to our hotel to sort out the repatriation. He was very dignified and sympathetic to the circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble for him to sort out or to explain.

The company handled the repatriation with dignity and kept me informed all the way with their progress and where my husband was all the times

I honestly couldn't have coped without the outstanding service of the Rowland Brothers.
My dad had a accident in May whilst on holiday on Greece and sadly passed away in hospital thankfully his insurance coverd for Repatriation.
We had no idea what the process involvrd and most of all how we would get dad home.
A colleague from the company came to our apartment in Greece to talk us through the process and answer any questions...
What he said is what we got, I got messages daily through WhatsApp about where dad was and what was happening.
He passed away on Sunday and they flew his body home on the Wednesday we as a family though it would take weeks to get home but actually just took days.
The service was outstanding and I could message them when I needed to and they always responded ASAP.
I'd regularly message them and ask them to take care of my dad and to tell him I loved him.
They'd message me back and said I've just told him Kerry.
I 100% trusted them with my dad's body during a very difficult time.

When my dad arrived in London after the weekend they drove him to the Chapel of rest in Barnsley.
Honestly I really hope that people don't have to go through what we did..but the Rowland Brothers just made things a little easier.

The service offered by Rowland brothers from the outset was fantastic .Aldo contacted me continually to update and solve any problems.The reason I can't give 5 stars is that all the original paperwork that was travelling with my departed went missing .Aldo arranged for replacement death certificates straight away but the passport has never been recovered which is an incredible disappointment
Aldo I would give 5 stars too the fact the paperwork didn't arrive on time just dissapointing

Ththe company were, professional, curtious, helpful and made the sad experience a satisfying event, we had issues along tge way, as my brother died in Madagascar andcwe were over here in the UK, he had friends in Madagascar that were attending the cremation, they were late by a day and everything was put back so they could attend. I thoroughly recommend Rowland Brothers, but do hope you do not require their services.

Professional service during a difficult time, everything was carried out quickly and smoothly with no issues at all. They took over everything and sorted out all of my concerns and took the stress away from already a sad and challenging situation of losing my father.

I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and the sympathetic communication provided by Rowland Brothers on repatriating my partner following his sudden death in Georgia (the country) last month.

That the funeral directors in both Georgia and the UK clearly had worked with Rowland Brothers before (also that Rowland Brothers was on the short list of firms suggested by the British Embassy and the insurers to organise the repatriation) was reassuring, and ensured that the process went very smoothly.

My cousin died unexpectedly on Lanzarote where Rowland Brothers International took charge of repatriating his body to the UK, I was kept informed every step of the way by Aldo, their help and service was brilliant.
