I had an issue with a bracelet I bought previously, I contacted customer service and it was fixed very quickly! I also love the design of the logo on their bracelets. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with them!

Absolutely love my Spartan bracelet. It fits perfect and is extremely comfortable. Rowdy Parrot is a top notch company. I had a minor issue with my order and it was resolved very quickly.

A few months ago a i received the faith bracelet as a gift, im a heavy equipment mechanic and I wear this bracelet every day. The wood broke in the cross, i sent a picture to folks at rowdy parrot and they sent me back a new one. These guy backup their products im very thankful very happy.

I wanted to let anyone and everyone know that the Rowdy Parrot may have some of the best customer service in the market and I mean that profoundly. I went to order their black hat as I stumbled across it on Amazon and as a hat person, loved the look immensely. Amazon noted one still in stock so I added to the cart and ordered it. About an hour later I received an email that it was actually out of stock but that they could send a replacement red, make America rowdy again hat along with a refund of the initial purchase due to lack of availability on the product ordered. The communication was top notch, the profound thoughtfulness in taking care of a new customer was top notch and the qualify of this item now received is also top notch. Hats off, no pun intended, to Rowdy Parrot and how they both value and treat their customers. I will without a doubt be ordering the black one when in stock and will proudly wear their brand up here in Athens GA, letting any and all know they are worth buying from. Customer service, respect, kindness and such are lost concepts with many companies these days but I was blown away with the communication and desire to help that was expressed to me.
