Lovely fire bowl and prompt delivery

Very simple process. No long delivery delays. Paid my money, got my planter delivered with very little fuss 2-3 days later.

Thought the delivery charge at £90 odd quid was a bit expensive for a 10 mile away delivery. But I guess that’s just a standard charge.

Ordered the 1000mm Corton steel water bowl which was delivered by their driver today. Exemplary customer service as contacted immediately regarding delivery day 2 days later by their own delivery service. The bowl is heavy but the very kind delivery man brought it through side gate, with my assistance, as I was alone! Bowl is beautiful, and large!! THANK YOU

We ordered 4 very large pots which have been delivered this morning.
They look great and we appreciate the flexibility around delivery- well done.

RoundWood have been excellent about solving the problem of a broken item on delivery. I previously wrote that they had been a bit slow in getting back to me but - mea culpa - I was a bit hasty and they have gone above and beyond to make it right and are sending a new giant ironstone saucer. I also bought a lovely large Vaso Sienna pot with a lovely mottled colour and texture. We like this so much that we have bought another one and RoundWood have been kind enough to include this on their delivery with the replacement giant ironstone saucer. Thank you Zac!

Only giving 3 stars as the customer service is sadly missing. Have to say the pots are fantastic quality but we didn't get what we ordered, so having to put up with a different colour planter/pot. Ordered a few things online from their sale and one item (the main thing we were looking for) that wasn't in the sale. We decided to collect as by chance we had to travel near-ish them from quite far away on a 4 hour drive. They promised us everything would be packed and ready for when we arrived (we'd arranged the date and exact time with them by phone, and even confirming by email). Of course, guess what? Nothing was ready when we arrived, they clearly weren't expecting us at all, and had to go and find all the pots for us. When they brought the main glazed pot (for inside the house) it was a different colour and totally the wrong size (very small). They went and brought another, this time the correct colour but again the wrong size (even smaller). Turned out they didn't have the one we bought from them. That's really not good. It proves they never checked the order! They just took the money and didn't process things. Not good at all. So we ended up having to choose a completely different one in their muddy outside shelving area, in fact they only had about 3 left of the correct size but in different colours. Didn't offer us anything to say sorry, but after emailing them the following day they've offered just over £10 discount. £10!! Very poor indeed huh?! I'd actually already asked for just a £20 saucer instead that I found on their site but they refused.

We had already positively told people about them but have since made those people aware. Definitely wouldn't recommend them now, or use them again.

Sorry guys, get it right first time, and if you don't you should definitely get it right the second time with a 'sorry' goodwill gesture but you messed up with that as well, so decided to post this poor review which I wouldn't have if you'd have looked after your customers.

What are you talking about? It was not ‘resolved’ in the way you state, we simply had no choice. It was leave without and get a refund or take one of a few you had left of a different pot to the one ordered. That’s not ‘resolving’, that’s ‘putting up with’.

Not sure why you feel the need to state you’re not a garden centre, we know, we never said you were? We were 100% aware of the kind of place we drove to. For info, we had to leave for a funeral near by having driven 4 hours to yours, we had already told Becca we had to be quick. Did you expect us to stay longer and argue? Look how you’re behaving now, we’d have been another hour or two! Becca offered her apologies and said it was the warehouse she’d have words with.

FYI we’d been told it would be ready to collect, it wasn’t. Simple as that. Yes people make mistakes, of course but they also offer more than a tenner to say sorry. Your glazed pot is now in our house and for the next 25 or so years we have to see it knowing it’s not the one we ordered - think about that. No wonder you have so many poor reviews similar to our experience.

The team was incredible and extremely supportive. Although DHL mistakenly delivered my package to the wrong location, which was not Round Wood's fault, they quickly addressed the problem, and I received my item immediately.

Really lovely steel bird bath. We went for the 800mm wide one. It’s big & beautiful. The only thing that let me down was the lack of care in the packaging. It was simply just wrapped in a grey bin bag with brown tape around the edges, it was shredded to bits when I received it. I have fed this back & had a response.

Super helpful and amazing staff. Even though DHL delviered to wrong place which wasnt Round Woods fault. They solved the issue with in minutues and i got the item straight away.

Ordered a fire bowl and stand for my son and his partner. Realised immediately after placing it I’d asked for the wrong size stand. So called straight away, expecting a right faff/AI rhubarb and press numerous number phone system……

Got exactly the opposite…..a helpful human type person answered the phone and put me through to customer services. Again a real life person who was happy, helpful and knowledgeable answered: She sorted it in 5 minutes.

That’s service.

Prompt delivery. The pots are high quality and exactly as described. I was impressed with the delivery arrangements. The pots were well wrapped and the driver helpful and professional.

The item arrived in good time, was exactly as described on the website, and precisely what I needed.
