My review is about poor customer service, for what is an expensive purchase.
I received my rotary watch as a gift from my husband, and unfortunately, when it arrived it was not working, despite a visit to Timpsons to change the battery.

When I emailed customer service, I received an email back simply informing me to send it back and to enclose a letter requesting a replacement. NO APOLOGY, or offer of a pre-paid label or collection. So I now have to pay to send an item back which I received as a gift, which is clearly faulty. Not what I would expect from a brand such as Rotary.

All is now resolved, apologies and refund of postage given. The new watch received and working. Thanks

A quality brand with real heritage continue to produce competitive timepieces im a big fan. Received my watch swiftly after purchasing it was well packaged and very nice as expected

I received early notice on a new product, as I'd pre-registered, which is a limited edition.
Ordering was simple and product delivery was spot on.

A great watch which was delivered very quickly.
Good communication from Rotary and also DPD who are their courier of choice.
The watch looks and feels good on the wrist.
I was only just on time though as it's #99 of 100

Great watch great retro look and lightweight. A real winner

ordered watch, it arrived faulty and poorly made, clearly. emailed them to get a replacement, they said they'd arrange for it to be collected. Collection was arranged, driver never turned up, but updated his tracking (it's DPD). So I've waited in for no reason, there's no indication he's coming back or when?? Why not send over a returns label WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE so people can you know, DO THAT. And not have to wait in for a useless lazy driver.
Now I will have to wait for a reply to that email! Will order nothing from them again.

Just excellent response to my email. I am in Australia and time difference was the only hold up but this can't be changed. Nice an secure way to make the payment by phone. Person answering the phone was very knowledgeable and efficient with locating the email and processing the payment.

Customer service is a disgrace, send out damaged watches have been trying to sort a watch replacement out for more than 2 weeks still waiting on my replacement watch go with another manufacturer such as citizen or any other manufacturer if you don’t want the hassle

Having worn my "Originales" chronograph from the minute it arrived, a new strap became necessary and coincided with the sweep second hand dropping off. This was annoying, and my reason for contacting Rotary as my watch was only a few months old and an expensive present!
Rotary were happy to honour their guarantee without quibble and I was happy to purchase a new strap.
In the event Rotary went above and beyond by giving the watch a full service, repair and fit the strap (at reasonable cost). They kept me advised at every stage of the work and did the turn round in very quick time. Their courier (DPD) was also excellent. No hesitation in recommending Rotary Service.

I had not worn a very delicate watch for a couple of decades as the face was too small to read, but wanted to wear it for my daughter's wedding, On taking it to a jewellers, I discovered the battery had corroded and ruined the inside of the watch. I emailed Rotary to see if they could repair it and sent it in for them to inspect. To my utter delight the lovely lady in the Service Department was able to help. For a very reasonable cost, they repaired it in less than the usual repair time as they knew I needed it urgently for the wedding. I cannot give them anything but an excellent review for this service. From the beginning to the very end, they were polite, understanding, helpful and very good to deal with.

The clasp on my Rotary watch was worn (had it some years now) & an online search gave me the Rotary Watch UK contact details. So I emailed to ask for help to replace the worn clasp.
Every stage of my enquiry was handled quickly & efficiently, in a professional, polite & helpful manner, by all involved.
In just over a week & I had a new clasp on my watch, making it as good as new.
I was worried in case it was ‘trade only’, but clearly not, as I was sold a new clasp & my husband fitted it.
I would not hesitate in recommending the company to others.

Visited the Rayleigh HQ for Rotary watches today.

They supplied and fitted a clasp and curved ends for a vintage watch strap while I waited.

Incredibly would not take a penny for this service.
