It is exactly as pictured, came packed well so there were no problems. It's very light weight so easy for me to hang. I highly recommend rossettiart. I am totally satisfied!!

I ordered a canvas print from Rossetti Art and I was really happy with the quality. The colors look beautiful in person, very close to what I expected from the photos, and the artwork gives the room a much more elegant and artistic feeling.

The artwork that I received doesn’t reflect what was represented on the website. They expect the customer to pay to send the art back, but then we finally settled on a replacement. The replacement was equally as bad

After your initial concern, we did not ignore the situation. We communicated with you directly and sent you a replacement artwork as a goodwill solution. After receiving the replacement, you again raised a new concern — this time about certain blue/green areas appearing darker in your photos.
It is important for anyone reading this to understand that we have already taken several steps to resolve the matter professionally: we reviewed your concern, sent a replacement, continued communicating by email, and remained open to a return/refund solution in line with our publicly available return policy.
At the same time, artwork, photography, room lighting, screen brightness, and exposure can all affect how colors appear in photos. This is exactly why we review these matters carefully and fairly, based on proper evidence and the full context.
We have already provided two artworks and continued to support you throughout the process, even though the concerns have continued to change after each solution was offered.
At this stage, the next step is clear: we are waiting for you to return both artworks that were sent to you, so we can proceed according to the resolution already discussed.

Your piece — Coastal Silence Horizon — measures 75 x 53 inches (191 x 135 cm). At this scale, most premium canvas print retailers simply don't offer this size. DotComCanvas, one of our competitors, lists comparable oversized canvases with a premium frame starting at over $2,200. iCanvas maxes out at 60 x 40 inches and still charges $220–$450+ for a canvas alone at their largest size. CanvasDiscount doesn't offer anything close to 75 inches wide.
Every Rossetti Art canvas is individually hand-stretched over a solid hardwood frame with gallery-perfect folded corners, printed with HP latex archival inks that are UV and fade-resistant for decades, and finished with a satin matte surface to eliminate glare. It arrives in an oak floater frame made from sustainably sourced wood — ready to hang from the moment it arrives.
Beyond that, the artwork itself is original — created exclusively by Chiara Rossetti and available nowhere else. You are not buying a licensed stock image on canvas. You are buying a one-of-a-kind piece.
