Remersh and Tanya are literally the dream team! I had a complicated sale due to how old my house was, the deeds related back to 1870. Remersh did absolutely everything in her power to get my sale through and i cant thank her enough! Tanya always took the time to call me back and let me know what was happening. Firstly. The friendly way I have always been treated. Further more, always been kept in contact every step that was taken. The legal executive Lucy Guerreiro explained everything that I didn't understand. I was given respect as well as understanding. This being the first time I ever had to deal with a Solicitor regarding the situation. All staff from Rosscoates are friendly and understanding, given me time to explain my feelings and lack of understanding.
I would 100% recommend all staff from Rosscoates Kesgrave to anyone.

Lucy Guerreiro has, quite simply, been a delight. Charming, friendly and erudite, she smoothed the way through a 'right-to-buy' which had become a little stressful for my step-daughter, the purchaser. I met Lucy at her office in Kesgrave as I was involved financially - she happily explained everything in clear terms and at no point did I feel rushed. She has always answered my telephone calls - a real relief when some panic was creeping in as the completion date was suddenly brought forward by the vendors, giving Lucy and ourselves far less time to complete our side of things. Lucy also answers emails speedily. We both felt very safe in her hands and I happily recommend her. Thank you, Lucy. All you did is very much appreciated.

I have used Ross Coates a few times in the past and had a fantastic experience each time. On this occsion I had quite large purchase where we had to complete within a very short time frame due to the recent stamp duty changes pending on 1st April 2025. As my daughter was a first time buyer it was imperative we completed in time to avoid additional stamp duty. The whole firm did their utmost best to achieve this. In particular Dara Singh was exceptionally helpful and went over and beyond. Michelle was also key in chasing up queries. Thanks once again.... cannot recommend you enough!

I used Ross Coates for a house purchase and I have to say their customer service is attrocious. What was a simple transaction took a long time. Trying to get an update or speak to anyone was next to impossible.
Have been trying to chase a post completion matter and have been trying to call them all week and no one picks up.

Updated*** it looks like I was a little early in completing my review of this organisation. The initial service I received by Jo Biggins I can’t fault, however once my case was passed over to accountants I have had nothing but stress. My mortgage completed on 22nd January however I have had to chase my funds which took a week to hit my account and then to find out 2 weeks later that the mortgage still hasn’t been paid off after a payment came out of my account and then speaking to the bank who advised that another redemption statement has been requested I find incredibly unprofessional!

I wanted to come on to say that I couldn’t have been happier with my recent experience with Ross Coates, especially Jo Biggins and the team who has been fantastic and has kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t of asked for a better service and would highly recommend 👌🏼

We had many issues with our purchase however Emma dealt with the necessary changes promptly and efficiently. Would definitely use Ross Coates again.

Our experience with Ross Coates solicitors was excellent. Emails and letters were timely and we were kept well informed throughout the process. We experienced no difficulty liaising by phone, and even when our contact was on holiday, another team member was able to give us up to date information and we felt that the team had our case well in hand. A discrepency was noticed with our purchase and the necessary indemnity insurance was sought- which was very reassuring. We felt the costs were reasonable and the service was good value for money. Overall our experience with the company was a very professional and thorough.

Avoid at all costs. There is one person at this firm able to do their job. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Emails are not responded to. I was on the other side of a transaction with this company and the sale nearly fell through as a result. Save yourself the heartache.

An absolute bunch of charlatans!! Totally inept and unprofessional in customer service. All they managed to do is to lose me the sale of the property when the buyer pulled out on the 22nd July 2024. It took RossCoates 8 months to achieve absolutely NOTHING! Problem on top of problem and when I attempted to speak to them....no-one to talk to at the so call Team1. I have e-mailed them numerous times begging for someone to call me back to no avail. I left numerous voice mails and again no-one ever have to dignity or compassion to return my calls and; before you ask.....I had to leave voice mails cause no-one answer the phone line. Not even an apology from them when they lost me the sale of the property but they were extremely quick in taking the initial £300 deposit for their non existent services!! I have dozen and dozen of e-mails that can prove their ineptitude and unprofessionalism. Stay away
