Rosewoodsurveyors Omdömen

I got several quotes and this was by far the cheapest. It was excellent value for money. Arranging the survey was easy and availability was good.

The report was extremely detailed, a significant amount of photos were taken and we were very pleased.
The report over 100 pages long and we took our time reading through before arranging a call.
We spoke to James who was extremely helpful, he went through our concerns and we didn't feel rushed. We are very happy with the service we received.

Rosewood were extremely efficient, timely and communicative. The report was detailed and a follow up call offered clarity on aspects I didn't understand. James was reassuring and gave great advise on next steps. Thank you!

Excellent service. Very comprehensive report provided. Well written and easy to understand. Very helpful when you contact them and always a very quick reply. Highly recommend

James and Jade from Rosewood were very helpful, I was speaking to Jade via email and she arranged a call with James to discuss the contents of the survey as well. The phone call came with explanations of the details of some items and lots of advice on the next steps I should take moving forwards with my purchase.

Professional service provided by Rosewood surveyors. Reports were detailed and James called in and explained the report and highlighted the issues what needed immediate attention.

We originally went with this company due to them being the cheapest quote for a level 3 survey.
However, that doesn’t represent the service we were provided. Everything was effortlessly organised. Got booked in within 2 weeks and had the report back within the 3 days, like stated. The process was clear and simple.
The report was fully in depth and clear to understand.

Thank you.

This is the second time I have used Rosewood Surveyors. Not only are they competitively priced they were so efficient, Jade took all the details walking me through the process from start to finish, both surveys arrived ahead of schedule allowing my purchase to proceed without delay. James followed that up with a call to explain anything I was unsure of. 100% recommend Rosewood Surveyors!

I commissioned Rosewood Surveyors to evaluate a property purchase in Cheshire. I was able to talk to the surveyor in person ahead of his visit to ensure our exacting requirements could be met and received a comprehensive report and informative follow up call. Excellent service with clear communication throughout.

Friendly service, happy to answer questions not like other surveyors who make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient from start to finish

Quick, clear and efficient. Detailed report, and good follow up call to summarise.

Everything was fantastic about the service:
Great value for a Level 3 Survey, I wanted to be sure that my property was fully examined and the survey that came out of the visit from Rosewoods was in great detail and a lot of issues that I hadn’t identified in the two visits I made to the property.
The survey was thorough and detailed.

James was prompt , thorough and approachable.
His report was easy to understand and his quotation was extremely competitive.

We are first time buyers and Rosewood Surveyours put our minds at ease with the report they provided. We decided to get the level 3 and at a competitive price. James was huge help with the entire process. I loved that there was a 1 to 1 personal view of the whole report which really helped us understand the property.
Thank you so much James and team we will be using you again with any future purchases.

Booked a Level 3 survey as a first-time buyer.
The booking process was quick, easy, and straightforward. I didn’t have to wait long for the appointment, and the turnaround was fast. The survey report was very detailed and thorough, with photos included, which really helped identify and understand what was being discussed in certain sections. I was also able to book a follow-up call to go through the key points, which made things much clearer and gave me more confidence moving forward.

Rosewood made everything so easy from obtaining a quote to carry out our survey they were so quick polite professional and very helpful to talk to about some of the things they found out on the survey and questions we asked nothing was to much trouble (I would highly recommend them and use them again )

Professional report and very helpful staff.

Really happy with the survey report I received in terms of how comprehensive it was. The turnaround between making initial inquiries and receiving the report was incredibly swift. Jade, in the office was really helpful and James was brilliant in arranging the original appointment and the after service once the survey was complete.

Fast, efficient service. Would use again. Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. Did 3 surveys for me with excellent detailed reports. I didn't purchase the properties following the reports saving me from a risky investment.
