Never received my product!! When contacted tracking number was supplied that said had been delivered (mind you still waiting for product). Product was ordered May 2026 now its end of September and still waiting.. contacted again and offered a 70% refund of the product price.. when replied that was not good enough was asked to wait longer for delivery and they would give me 10% refund.. told them that I want full refund, why should they keep 30% of purchase price when they have not sent product... I will NEVER buy from them again.. they are scammers at best

I ordered a personalized 3D-printed Rocky figure as a gift, and the item I received was nowhere near the quality shown on the website. The figure was uneven, distorted and poorly finished, especially around the torso and limbs. The black lettering also had visible smudging, stringing, rough edges and stray marks.

I contacted customer service immediately, sent clear photos, and asked for either a properly made replacement or a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they turned it into a negotiation. They first offered 15%, then 30%, then 50%, and finally 70%.

I repeatedly explained that I was not asking for a discount on a product I liked. I was asking for a refund because the item was defective and did not match the advertised quality.

Their final response was that 70% was the maximum because the personalized item took effort and resources to produce and could not be resold. That was especially frustrating given that their own return policy states that defective products fall under their “FULL COVERAGE” policy and qualify for a refund or exchange.

Because they refused to provide a full refund, I now have to pursue the matter through my credit card company to recover the remaining amount.

The product itself was disappointing, but the customer service made the experience much worse. Having to argue back and forth for days while they slowly increased the refund percentage was exhausting and unnecessary.

I would not order from this company again.

Scam. I ordered stamp on 4th August and I never received it. Order was insured. Not recommended!!!! I lost my money £20.59.

Different product. Please dont order from this place. Low ratings for a reason.

I ordered 15 coloring books from this company and only received 3. They refuse to realize their mistake and will only refund 15% of the $100 I spent with them. They basically stole my money. They do not speak good English and I can’t get them to understand the issue! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS! It’s terrible and very frustrating. I’m so upset and I was robbed!

Ordered a personalized luggage tag, but when it arrived, it didn't look remotely like what was advertised on their website. Fraudulent advertising! They did not offer to replace the item with one that looked like what they were advertising and only offered a 15% refund. Not good enough!

I ordered from this place and it said id receive my order with in 6 to 8 days . When contacting them through email to find out where my order was. Because I hadn't even received a tracking number, i was told that it would be 3-6 weeks before they started making the product, because material shortage. I then asked them to cancel my order. And refund my money, they then said that they would give me 10% back. Absolutely not. I opened a PayPal dispute and received my money back. The next day.. If I could give a zero star, I would. I'm pretty sure this is a scam company

I ordered what was advertised as a woven teddy bear blanket, it looked so beautiful in the photos. Id ordered as a special gift for my new baby nephew .... The item they sent me looked NOTHING like the photos, different pattern and design and different material all together. I am SO upset. The customer service is AWFUL they asked me to send photos which I did and then they just never replied. Escalated to PayPal but they said not covered under buyer protection so no chance of getting refund for the absolute scam. Don't know how companies like this sleep at night scamming people out of hard earned money

Received my '3D EFFECT' guitar style mug, looked super in the advert, I got a mug with a basic screen print of a guitar, no resemblance. It was for a good friends' 21st.
Sent email to initiate a return/refund then read the reviews - too late unfortunately.

The product was very poor. You need a magnifying glass to read the information on the medic alert bracelet. In fact I checked in the packaging for the magnifying glass.
"Cheep is cheep", I have ordered the (Medical Alert ID Stainless Steel Chain Bracelet) this is by far the superior product, 3X the price but 20X times the quality.

I ordered their authentic baseball necklace with seams back on May 3rd hoping to have it in time for Mother's Day. The website says that they need 3-6 days to make the necklace and I paid extra to have the delivery expedited to have it in time. After 2 weeks, I contacted customer service to check on the progress. I finally received a reply a few days later stating that due to a "material shortage" the necklace would be delayed by 1 to 3 weeks. I replied asking whether it was 1 to 3 weeks from the date of my order or from their reply to my initial email. They said it was the latter. I waited another 2 weeks and, again, asked about the progress. The reply I got was that it was currently being created and that they were going to "push the designers" to get the necklace done quickly and let me know when the necklace was being shipped. It's been almost a month since I placed the order and I have yet to receive what I ordered. I'm planning on giving it 2 more weeks and if I haven't gotten any notification that it's done and on the way, I'm going to dispute the charge and try to get my money back.

If I could give a zero star I would!! Most horrible experience. I ordered a Lei for my niece for her graduation mind you I ordered it on May 12th it is now May 29th and still no order I have dispute the charge with my bank.. Please do not order from this site they suck ass!!

I order a lei from their website I even used expedite delivery making sure it would arrive on time. When I tried to track it I notice it said it was being made that it would take 10 days to make, in their page that was never mention it just stated it would arrive in 9 days. I emailed them and they said they can refund but would deduct 30 percent even tho they did not stated how long it would take to make prior making the purchase. I am in the process of the refund but they have not process it.

I ordered 24 personalized graduation tags. Many words were spelled incorrectly and some cards had the wrong name on them. VERY disappointed. DO NOT order from here.

Company is a scam. Do NOT trust the product photos! They stole product images from an Etsy shop called Harp & Jax and used them on their website without permission!!!

I ordered a guitar strap for my grandson for Christmas.it was supposed to be brown leather with his name vertically inscribed.when it came it was orange with his name very small and horizontally inscribed.i sent a pic like they suggested.they only want to give me 15% reimbursement.i sent a message today saying they should replace it with what I ordered since they sent toe wrong thing! No response yet! I received it about a week ago.i've had 4 conversation emails with them.

I purchased a desk name acrilic name plate for my partner. Yes I did not read the actual size of how big it was but from the picture on their site they made it look bigger that the item I ordered.The size is 4 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches I paid $34 for this crap. DO NOT PURCHASE from them

I ordered a personalized ornament. The writing is impossible to read. Unacceptable, I cannot give this as a gift. I contacted customer service and they offered 5% compensation and argued that the font/script was correct. Company unwilling to remake or refund.
