If you order from this company and you don't like the product don't expect a refund - the Chinese do not give refunds for some reason. I have got a feeling that their warehouses are too large so it takes them years to put the item back on the shelf and it's also too much admin to be done.

Do not buy anything from them. All clothes witch I received were horrible. And now I am not able to send them back and recive my money back. All photos show something absolutely different. Do not do not do not!!!!!

Terrible firm to deal with. If you want to return anything they expect you to pay postage to China! And that’s only after a battle to get them to accept a return. Do yourself a favour and give them a wide berth . Disgraceful!

1 star is too much Avoid this site at all costs, you may as well throw your money in the bin.I ordered 3 items waited weeks for delivery, received only 2 of the items both really poor quality. After several emails they refuse to refund my money and it's impossible to return anything, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Really wish I had read these 1st... I spent £60 over a month ago on 3 items. 1 has arrived and OMG NOTHING like the picture...cheap material like a top from the old markets yrs ago. Gutted. Have emailed but no reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I order two ,it took 3 weeks to come and the material is not what it describes.
I ordered cotton I got some cheap material.
I want to return with 14days.i am told it will get lost as it comes from another country and custom tax will be high.basically no refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sadly I didn’t check out reviews first and ordered a top which looked nice on the Facebook Ad and on the website. It took two weeks to come and when it did I was really disappointed. Horrible material and really cheaply made. Definitely not what was advertised. I tried to return it and realised in the process that it is cheap tat from China. No reply from numerous emails I have sent and I have resigned myself to the fact that I have lost my £25. I’m just glad I didn’t order more.

SCAMMERS
When asking for a refund ( via messenger ) they have asked me for my URL as they can't find my email request - what b######t.
I am going to call them out as SCAMMERS on social media.
Obviously a Chinese manufacturer. Using a dispatcher in the UK.
Have reported them to FB. Have left bad reviews on their site ,which they removed !!!
Mob rule applies now . We 're not getting our money back so nowt to lose

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The 3 items took ages to arrive and when they did, well...nowhere near the sizes I ordered, dreadful quality, the hems are just cut material, unsewn and fraying. I paid by Mastercard and will use their legal department to try to get my money refunded.

Deserves no stars. Clothes look good on Facebook pictures. I bought £90 worth and they took weeks to send only half the order, which was all three sizes too small for me. Their size listing is totally inaccurate. Returns policy (in small print) is complex and it’s not worth returning due to cost.
Don’t use this company.

Ill fitting garments which take ages to arrive and are impossible to return. Wish I’d followed my own advice not to shop online for clothes. Pictures look nice and prices good but don’t use this company - guaranteed disappointment.

Please do not support them! I bought four items coming to a total of £76, it took 3 weeks to arrive and does not fit. I have sent 4 emails and eventually got a reply saying I can keep the items and they will 'try' to give me 10% refund! Iam absolutely furious! Do not support these people!

OMG I wish I’d seen this before I ordered form these jokers. The items that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered. And I have an item missing that they claim I didn’t order but it clearly shows on my Paypal account. Total and utter waste of money which I know I won’t get back. Returning items are an absolute nightmare. And to be quiet honest I’ve given up. Surely someone should be able to put a stop to this. From reading all these reviews it’s scandalous and a total rip off. 😡😡😡

Would give less than 1star if applicable cloths really cheap and nasty, and finding it difficult to return. Really unhappy.

Doesn't even rate 1 star. Clothes are really cheap and nasty and certainly do not resemble pictures on website.
They do not refund and returns have to go to China which they do not pay for.

Poor quality clothing - seams not even finished - NOT cotton some cheap manmade synthetic material - now refusing to refund.

Took ages to come and very poor quality clothing . Cheap and nasty . Bought a sweatshirt and it’s not worth a £5 and I paid £20 . Don’t touch this company 🤬🤬🤬

If I could give no stars I would!
Knew I was taking a gamble, but truely terrible. The item doesn't even come close to the item I ordered.
Don't expect I'll get my money back, but I'll give it a good go!
Have reported to trading standards, given the other reviews on here.

Please do not go there, am at the moment fighting to get money back on an item that just didn't turn up. Only message received from them was to say they were having manufacturing problems... Should have paid attention to other reviews on here. 😥

Didn’t fit, badly made, unfinished seams. Don’t expect help from customer service they suggested it would be too expensive to return to them due to custom fees. It came from Milton Keynes! Suggested I give it to a friend and they give me 10% refund! Won’t reply to emails. How I wish I’d read this page first! Robbing, scammers!
