If i could give 0 stars I would.

The quality of the items is absolutely shocking and not in proportion, returning items is impossible, they suggested that they'd give me 10% of the value back and I could donate the items to a family. The items are actually only good enough for the dogs bed, arguing back and forth they agreed to a 25% refund if i just kept the items.

Not only that they've blocked me from making any comments on their page on facebook so I'm unable to warn any other potential buyers.

These people should not be allowed to trade, absolutely disgraceful.

Not even worth 1 star, total and utter rubbish then when you try and return because they are not as advertised they offer 10% refund, I have just put my £19 top in the bin, avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!

Like Claire below I ordered before checking reviews. It seemed legitimate but now worried.

I have sent emails trying to cancel my order as it still is in processing status with no response.

Having paid by credit card, I have brought it to the attention of my card provider.

unfortunately I saw the reviews after I had placed an order. I cant even get a response from the website never ind a refund. This company is a disgrace and should be banned from selling to the uk.
Thieves and scam merchants

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering l am disappointed with the quality for the price and the length of time it took. I was offered a refund because of the length of time I'd waited and was then told it was too late to issue a refund as it had been shipped

Terrible quality. No chance of a refund. Asked me to send pictures to prove it did not fit properly ! Suggested I give it to friends or family. £25 wasted.

I have been seriously seen off by these people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are scammers with no morals. The products they are nothing like the advertisements. This is mis-selling and it is shameful they are allowed to keep trading. They obviously don’t care about the reviews they get and are still taking people’s money for inferior goods which are poor quality and don’t fit. You can’t get a refund and everyone is told the goods have to be returned to CHINA even though they have come from MILTON KEYNES and it says nothing about returning to China in their RETURNS & EXCHANGE leaflet that came with the goods. REPORT TO CITIZENS ADVICE AND TRADING STANDARDS.

The top that I bought did not look at all like the one that I ordered it was extremely poor quality and what I thought were embroidered flowers on the front were actually cheap plastic transfers! The stitching was unfinished and raw fraying edges trimmed the pockets! They want me to pay the postage to return it to China! Not helpful at all DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Awful company. I ordered birthday present it did not arrive date expected. I contacted company to be told it was out of stock, they didn't email me to tell me that!!!

Then they said would take a week for refund, in my mind this should have been instantaneous seeing as they take the money as soon as you order!!

In the end I had to start a dispute through PayPal. Terrible customer service.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Rosefind. Received cheap polyester tat, nothing like the advertised items. Everything is going to the charity shop as I don’t trust the company to refund my money.
Lesson learned

This company are a total rip off. I've tried and tried to get response from them, to return an item, I can't get a return item address from them and now it's over the 15 days to return time. Basically they've stolen £20 from me. May not be a lot of money, but it's still theft. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not touch this company, ordered a woolly jumper, a nylon sweatshirt arrived.

Don’t buy from this site, took 5 weeks to arrive and is nothing like the picture, the quality is appalling, sizing not accurate. They are not good at replying to emails either. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely rubbish, cheap and nasty, nothing like the items advertised. I've requested returns instructions and still awaiting a response, seems like I'm yet another unfortunate "gullible" dissatisfied customer. Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! - products nothing like the materials used on their website and you cannot return if you don't like them. I'm eight emails in trying to get a return address and they have offered me a 10% and now 20% refund to date. Disgusted that this is allowed to continue and I'm now going through PayPal to get my money back.

Two items I purchased nothing like photo and very poor quality cheap material and to return cost to much to China

They definitely didn't deserve one star, my money gone, no goods arrived and unfortunately looks like I have been scammed, I will complain to facebook for allowing them to advertise on it

Don't buy like all other reviews on here I have lost a fair amount of money have been refused a refund clothes are disgusting made nothing like pictures I would not even say they are fit for Oxfam I will be reporting to trading standards
