Ordered a silk scarf for my mum's birthday and it arrived beautifully packaged. Delivery took a day longer than expected, but she absolutely loved it.

Site was clean and easy to navigate. Found the wrap dress I wanted in minutes. Checkout glitched briefly on payment but refreshed fine. Really solid experience.

Total scammers do not purchase anything from them they only sell counterfeit goods that are really poor quality. I contacted them they assured me I could get a l refund but this was all lies

Complete con. All fake items and extremely poor quality. I complained and they said they would refund the money, this was 2 months ago. DO NOT waste your time or money!

Poor quality items that were returned over 4 weeks ago and still no refund. I was told 3-5 working days. Every email is a different excuse.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Clearly a complete con job. Wish if read reviews first. Products clearly counterfeit and really poorly made. Massive delay in getting them and some bot answers any email you send.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a scam, they will provide horrible quality clothes that are clearly counterfeit, they are continuing to offer me more of a discount on another purchase and wont refund

Honestly if i could put 0 stars i would this company is absolutely shocking!! Communication 0* Refuse to give you a refund and make you jump through a million hoops before you even have a chance at a refund, Id suggest just doing a dispute with your bank as they will not give you anything back and likely wont even receive the goods.

Ordered a size medium and they came larger than a medium and both outfits have marks on so will never order from them again.

I wish I had read the comments I recently bought some clothing fake sizes way off the mark
When emailing them they won’t refund my money scam company this company needs shutting down

Wish I had read some of these before purchasing, I believed items to be real came and material is shocking sizing is way off shirt massive shorts tiny. Requested refund and kept fobbing me off. Raising a dispute with my bank

Silly me saw the Ad on FB. Advertised as Ralph Lauren with Hugr discount. Original tracking shows shipped from China! Items eventually arrived & certainly weren't a large size as ordered. Tried to return, but seller reluctant to take back, saying very expensive to return. They offered a 50% discount to order correct size, but what would I pay again for fake goods? Decided to put it down to experience & cut my losses. AVOID!!!

Well I must say that once i had paid for my 3 pairs of shirt and shorts I didn’t receive a delivery date and then I checked trustpilot and my heart sank!!! I tried to contact supplier but email bounced, I told my bank and they said to wait a month, I knew I’d get my money back from my bank but I had tried every way to contact Rosa and the delivery but to no avail. Anyway out of the blue just on 2 weeks they all arrived and actually good quality!!!
You could have knocked me down with a feather as I really didn’t think they would come. So I will be ordering again soon.

Absolute scam never received my order and no replies from the “online team”! The address they have isn’t even real! Scammers! Avoid this site at all costs!
