I bought a pair of support knee pads. They sent me a child size. I ask for a return address. I was given four countries with no address, zip code. No information pod where to return them. I paid $46.98. I message them, but I keep getting no where!
Don’t support this company. It’s a fraud for your money.

First got no email to confirmed then when it arrived totaly not what I ordered same fabric but different style ...never again bull shit seller
I waited so long for this dress and it summer I got a winter dress

I purchased a dress and was having the back and forth with this merchant. I returned her ugly dresses never even tried them on. She stated i wore the ugly shit. I took a picture of all her bad reviews from here and sent it to my CC I got a refund. I returned it to her IL address where she mailed it from as soon as I received it. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!

This is an absolute scam.
I received a dress that looks NOTHING like the photos on the website. Completely different fabric, terrible quality, wrong fit. And for this garbage they charge a lot of money. Total rip-off.

Trying to return the item is a nightmare. If you want your money back, you have to argue with them for weeks. Endless emails, excuses, delays, and then silence. In the end, they simply do not refund the money.

This is not a trustworthy online store. It’s a shop that deliberately deceives people. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Save your money and your nerves. This kind of business should be reported, not supported…

If I could give zero stars I would. I never got my package. Contacted their service email and they are ignoring the fact I never received my package and blaming it on me for not receiving it. Customer service from this site would get negative stars. Do not order from this website. It is a scam.

DO NOT BUY!!!! They ship you cheap knockoffs of what they advertise, then give you the run around when you try to return the items. They claim that shipping the merchandise back will cost more than what you paid already. Then they try give you 10% refund and tell you to keep the item. I emailed them prior to buying 2 dresses from them and they assured me I would have no problem with a return if the the items didn't work out. Now, they won't accept and refund and continue to give me the run around with emails. The items received where cheap, flimsy, and the stitching was already coming out before I even pulled the item out of the package! I bought the exact same dress on Amazon after, and the quality difference is astonishing!!!! This company is a scam!!! BEWARE!!! Or you will have to go through your credit card company to get justice.

I wouldn't order from them if you are outside of China because they will not deliver and when you ask why it didn't show up they tell you to ask your neighbors lmao. I thought something was wrong when they said it was delivered on Christmas day

The item was to small I ordered my size but when I got it, it was too small. They will not give me a refund they wanted to give me 20% off! I told them I don’t want 20% because I would never order from them again, terrible company, they should be Shut. Do not order from them unless you want to give you money away. By the way they don’t even deserve one star!!!!

They don't want to to return $$ or exchange my product. They offered me 10% of my money back wich is nothing. I paid full price for their profuct that was very poor quality and didn't work. So no! I dont want your 10% back wich would be like $3.15 dollars back. I want my full refund. U could get your profuct back!!!

They do not do exchanges and to return you have to mail it back to China yourself which will cost more then the product is worth. offered a 10% refund. Screw that. Never ordering from here again.

Took over 8 weeks to get this product and it is cheaply made and the customer service suckks! Don't waste your money like I did ... wrong sizing and they said im responsible for shipping back. Ill sell it myself or give to goodwill at this point. Worst purchase ever. Offering 10% discount is like here we know we are scamming you but please buy some more but with a discount * eye rolls to the back of my head **

The product I got is adorable, but it's cheaply made and given that it arrive broken I can't imagine it'll hold up well after I sew it. But my experience with customer support has been awful. I purchased a swimsuit, and it arrived with a broken strap. I wouldnt have minded sending it back and waiting to recieve another, but instead I was given a 10% refund and told to go sew it myself -- if it had been something that I had worn and broke, sure, I wouldn't have minded sewing it myself, but telling me to go fix a brand new product right out of the bag because you sent it to me broken? That's absolutely unacceptable. I'd avoid this company for poor customer service alone. ON TOP OF THAT, you can't even post a review on their website that's anything other than five stars. Stay away-- I know I will be.

Nothing was what the measurements stated on the website. Cheap fabric and terrible cuts. It costs so much to ship it back to China. They offered me 10% back. Uggg. Lesson learned. Don’t trust this brand…

Hate that I even have to give them one star because this company even though I’m seeing there’s more than one named Rorcie but I was on Facebook watching my reels and came across a natural BBL trainer When I receive notification that it was out for delivery. I looked on the Shop app, which didn’t even show it in the United States and it was 9 PM so I reached out through the email that it looks like everybody else is using to reach out to them. Haven’t gotten a response thought it was because it was the weekend but after reading everybody else’s reviews, probably won’t get one, however this morning when I woke up, it states that it was left in Franklin when I live in Columbus, Ohio it had no address or anything But stated it was delivered this company is a scam!!!
