Rootedbox Omdömen

Wonderful plants delivered at perfect condition.

The plants generally come in healthy. But i don’t feel the customer support is great. I only once had a syngonium come in with mealy bugs. When i reached out to customer support, they told me to wipe it and all. I know how to treat it but please try to send completely healthy ones next time? No such comments.

I been collecting foliage plants long time, out of all the online sellers Rootedbox is the best. Plants are so safely packed and not even a single leaf gets broken. Thank you and hope they manage to grow more and I can buy more great varieties.

This is my second time ordering plants from this seller, and I’m honestly very impressed!
The first experience was great, which is why I came back—and they didn’t disappoint.
All the plants in this order unfortunately got damaged during transit, but the seller handled it professionally. On sending the unboxing video, they arranged replacement without any hassle, which really shows how much they care about their customers and the plants they send out.
The replacement plants were healthy, well-packaged, and exactly as described. It’s rare to find such reliable service online, especially for live plants.
Highly recommend this seller if you’re looking for quality plants and excellent customer support.
