I had the opportunity to work with Jake, he is very knowledgeable and personable.
He kept in touch with me throughout the process and answered all my questions even nights and weekends when I had the time to touch base with him.
He was very accessible and kept our communication open via Text, email and phone.
I got samples dropped off at my home to make my selection. We selected Desert Rose.
Even though we had rain coming, he coordinated with his team when we had no rain to install my roof.
His team was at my home early on time as he had told me at 7 am and they were a big team and worked thought the day finishing the project on early. What I loved was Jakes talent to work with his drone to take a plethora of pictures throughout the time the roof was being installed. He sent me a live link for me to look at the process. That was very cool! His team was very professional and left my property as it was when they came in. They cleaned after themselves very well. I totally recommend RoofsOnly. Jake is right on point.

Roofsonly was extremely helpful in repairing our roof during a very difficult time. I have a cement tile big barrel roof which had a leak and damaged my ceiling drywall. Jake and his team came out and located the damaged area, repaired it in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable price. My home is 14 yrs old so the big barrel tile was discontinued, but Jake and his team were able to go above and beyond and locate the replacement tile required to complete the project.
