On January 27th, 2018, I ordered a rib basket. I have yet to receive it. Everytime I call to check on the order, I am told something is wrong with their system and they can't check on my order. This has been going on for almost a month now. This is what I call VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny, I ordered a Ronco unit on the 26th of January 2018 and I have not received it nor any phone calls to explain why I have not received my unit. This is my second “please review”. Give me a break. After waiting this long Ronco should just send me the unit I ordered for FREE.

So if you are thinking about ordering one you better have patience or think twice.

I placed my order January 29, 2018 and as of today (February 13, 2018) I have not received a Shipping Conformation.

I have called numerous times to be told/informed that the website is being upgraded and no information regarding my order is available

Someone is keeping me from tasty chicken (I ordered the EZ rotisserie).

I waited years to order the rotisserie, and what a shame that I did. I consider myself an experienced cook, but rarely could produce a chicken that was perfect. The first two times I cooked on the Ronco, out came THE BEST chicken I've EVER made - and I'm old!! I've also roasted veggies, which came out great. I got the space saver version, and found a space on a pantry shelf easily. All the greasy parts go into the dishwasher with no problem, and the drip pan wipes out before washing. Can't wait to try lots of others things now. While the instructions warn one not to use outdoors, I'm bucking that when hot, dry summer weather arrives.

I have not tried working it as yet. I was hoping to have received a proper cook book with my purchase. There were just a few recipes with the instructions. I have orders a proper ronco cookbook on Amazon and just waiting to receive it so that I have a better selection of recipes.

Sent it as a gift. But delivery was fast and great prices.

I have not attempted to use my new pasta machine yet. When it arrived, I immediately opened the box and started reviewing the instructions and directions. When I read the instructions for making the pasta itself, I was highly disappointed a specific recipe with exact measurements for flour and other ingredients. This sounds as if it is going to be a big mess!!! Not looking forward to my first pasta experiment. I think I wasted a little over a hundred dollars on this box that sits in the way. Wish I had researched further before making this purchase. I thought when I saw the name brand, this had to be a reputable pasta maker. I no longer feel that way.

I recived my packages, in a timely matter,the pasta makers work very good,
and the vego matic is very handy thank you, the ordering online

MY second one. First one my Parents bought it for me. I was a runner needed protein. Easy cooking of chicken. That was 1999. They have passed.. i decided to eat heathy again and bought my own..thank you for great cooking. Love it. GOD BLESS

Whenever I have cooked in the past the kids said whatever i cooked tasted like fish. Even waffles in the waffle maker! They eat whatever I fix in the Ronco! I roasted a 12lb turkey for Christmas that everyone loved. The part I like is the clean-up; everything goes in the dishwasher.

I ordered a product back in November and was told 3 days after the order that it was ready to be sent out.
Almost 2 weeks went by and nothing had changed, I hadn't received my order. It wasn't until I contacted customer service to find out that what I ordered wasn't actually in stock and a mistake was made on the website and nobody thought to contact me to let me know in that 2 weeks after ordering it. I ended up having to choose a colour I did not want and now have to wait for it to send.
Here's hoping I get it in time for Christmas....

I had orderd my first Ronco Rotessierie in 1998 & have used it regularly once a week & love it. It is now starting to have parts wear out. So I decided to order another (which I was surprised to see the same model still available) & purchased the same model except now in stainless steel (had the original white) along with accessories. I have good faith that I'll get as many years of use from the new one as I had the old/ May have to purchase more accessories though. I do plan on still using the older one as well. I can do twice as much now. Awesome product & have showed it off & bragged many times about it. A must have in any kitchen. Happy Costumer here.
