I had a very positive experience at Romsey Medical Practice when I attended for the removal of a cyst on my head. My appointment was on time, and Dr Gibbons was knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. The procedure was explained clearly beforehand, with easy-to-understand pre- and post-operative advice. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt confident I was in good hands throughout. I had a follow up appointment 7 days later to have stitches removed.

The pricing was clear and transparent, with no surprises. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the practice itself has a welcoming reception and comfortable waiting area. Having parking available at the practice was also very convenient.

Overall, the whole experience was excellent, from the initial appointment through to the procedure and aftercare. I would happily recommend Romsey Medical Practice

Visited your surgery due to experiencing health problems… The GP Dr Peter Lee was so lovely, patient and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand, didn’t rush me at all and listened to me explaining how I’m feeling, giving me answers that iv been so worried about the last few months.

I have used Romsey Medical Practice for a number of years both for aesthetics treatments and more recently dermatology. Both have been absolutely fantastic. The reception staff are efficient and very friendly. The clinical team are knowledgeable and I’ve always been really happy with my results and the care I’ve received. The private prescription service is also excellent and your medication gets delivered to your door within 48
hours. I would always highly recommend Romsey Medical Practice and have send many friends there who have also been really pleased. Thank you!

Remember the time when the NHS afforded excellent and accessible GP services? You could call the local surgery at any time of day, and get an appointment within a couple of days. Okay, that was maybe 20 or more years ago. But, it seems, that route to an NHS GP is no longer readily available. I know, because I have tried several times (and failed) to get an appointment that way. At Romsey Medical Practice, however, you can still get prompt access to the services that you need, when you need them. I have nothing but praise and, indeed, gratitude for the excellent professional service and attention that I have received over a number of GP appointments in the last few months at Romsey Medical Practice.

As always, the appointment was right on time, friendly, helpful and successful. Dr Sally is empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient.

Money well spent.
After a previous visit for a particular concern and feeling totally at ease with the Doctor I saw, I booked up for a Wellbeing Checkup, which was very thorough. All the staff at Romsey Medical Practice are very friendly and booking is easy, whether online or in person. Of course it costs money, but with the NHS GPs being under such pressure these days and appointments not so easy to get, I felt it was worth the cost for peace of mind to check my health in general. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to go there.
