On time, cost competitive, good service
Driver was on time and very polite and helpful. Van was comfortable for our six passengers.
Driver had issues with finding our hotel in Civitavecchia. We gave him the correct address, but it was in an apartment block and difficult to find the entrance door. He had to drop us off about 1/2 a block past our entrance. It was slightly inconvenient. Since we provided the address at booking, I was surprised he wasn't able to map the route out ahead of time. All in all, I would still recommend Rome Transfer Service. The price for the transfer was very competitive and was lower than most I had researched.

Disappointed
I was disappointed that the driver did not call me, our plan arrived late, I emailed when I was on the plane (which was Wednesday, for a Thursday morning pickup) to let you know that the plane was delayed. Instead of calling me on my cell phone I was sent an email. Not knowing the airport in Rome, I did not receive a call via cell phone or Whats App which was provided. We did not see anyone waiting for us in the Arrival gates. I had 15 people traveling from the states to Rome. We ended up having to pay for another service, when I had already pre-paid our transfers to the hotel. I requested a refund for the drive from the airport to the hotel in Rome but was denied the portion of the pre-paid amount for the ride to the airport, so we ended up paying twice. The drivers who picked up on Saturday were nice and the vehicles were clean. No issues on Saturday.

Dear Customer, I am happy that the other two services to the port of Civitavecchia and the return were satisfactory.
Regarding the day of arrival at the airport, the flight was over 2 hours late, as I already said the drivers waited at the airport for over 4 hours, without receiving any contact or email from you.
We tried to call several times but it did not work.
The drivers waited even 2 hours after landing but no one showed up.
Anyway I am sorry,

We had a great experience with our transfer in Rome. Our chófer was friendly, professional, and right on time. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for a stress-free transfer in the city!

Great service at a reasonable price.
We have used this service twice now and on both occasions it was faultless. The vehicle was clean inside and out, the driver contacted us by phone when he was nearby, he was on time and we had a smooth and comfortable ride. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very good service
Very good service. The driver picked us up right at cruise terminal. It was easy to find him with a sign with my name on it. We requested the vehicle earlier than scheduled. They did try their best so we didn't have to wait at the terminal too long. We were in group of 7 people and luggages. It was good to share the cost.

Very trusting and courteous company
