Billy’s communication from start to finish has been outstanding, keeping myself and my wife updated on what offer is best and when to accept - this has been an easy process for us throughout.

He did our initial mortgage 2 years ago and has just followed up with doing our remortgage.

He goes above and beyond in his service. Due to working hours he made sure to as and when he could speak to us out of hours. This was a big help and calmed our nerves of it all.

His service is wide spread. Not only does he do all the expert things necessary he was reachable if we had any queries and questions along the way. He made sure he followed up on things behind the scenes for us so when we had a query he was there with all the answers. Even for advice he was there and we would be lost without him.

We will of course again use Billy at Rodericks mortgage services ltd when it comes to that time in all our lives of the dreaded mortgage remortgage!

From start the finish Billy has been amazing, no question too silly, no day to busy. Billy has been there to support us every step of the way buying our first home together and we couldn’t have done it without him. The advice has been amazing and he has always helped us to find the best deals personalised for us. Being first time buyers is a stressful time as you have no clue where to start with anything or what is the right decision, as well as who to trust. Billy has not only helped us with mortgage advice but been there to answer all questions we have and made us feel so comfortable and supported. Our solicitor was unfortunately off sick near to the end of our process, which understandably made us nervous as we still had so many questions that we needed quick answers to so we could make our final decisions. Billy helped to answer any questions or push for answers we needed that we alternatively would not have had. He has been very professional throughout the process whilst still being personable and relatable. Thank you for all the hard work Billy, we appreciate everything you have done for us!! We will definitely be recommending you to everyone we know.
