I ordered a few things from Roco clothing, they arrived really quickly, everything was great except one of the items was unusable. I emailed straight away and had a response in less than a couple of hours. A new item was sent out to me the same day and I received it within a couple of days. Really good customer service :)

I placed an order on Sunday morning and paid for next day delivery. I was updated with emails and text messages throughout the process until I had received my order. When receiving the suit, it was exactly what i had asked for. I had to have a slight alteration done to the trousers but that's because my son is very slim but the trousers were of a very good quality and the fitting of the shirt and waistcoat was slim as advertised ... I will 100% be using this site for future orders and have already recommended to family and friends

Exceptional customer service. There was a minor issue with my order and it was dealt with promptly and with even greater speed than the initial delivery which took 2 weeks. The replacement arrived by courier within 2 working days. Abigail in the customer service followed up on the issue and really impressed me with the commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service along with high standard of products.

Really poor quality materials. Dress looked beautiful but was so scratchy on the inside that my daughter refused to wear it. Also if you do risk a purchase, make sure you return the item as tracked mail. A proof of postage is not sufficient and they will deny they received it. Will not be ordering from Roco Clothing again.

Very bad service, sent the wrong size and refused to correct the mistake. Total scam and very rude

I am honestly blown away by the sheer volume of complete (suits, shirts, ties combos) and very smart looking solutions for kids special occasions and with very acceptable price tags. You'll have your loved ones look (and at least in my case feel as well :)) absolutely fantastic for around 100 EUR (20 EUR give or take depending on the choice). And that would include shoes and belt on top of everything else. And the help I received from their Customer Service Team (specifically Abigail in my case) is the best I've ever experienced from any online retailer. Well done Roco Clothing!

GREAT PRICES, GREAT QUALITY GREAT DELIVERY OPTIONS

My order was delivered within 48 hours using the standard delivery service, despite me entering the wrong postcode for the delivery address. I emailed re the postcode and was emailed back promptly by Kirstie from the customer service team. She was very helpful and thoughtful with her emails. I am also very impressed with the suit I ordered and its packaging. I would definitely recommend your company to friends.

Was a bit sceptical about a £45 five-piece suit for my 11 year old but gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't pay for expedited shipping but it arrived really quickly and well packaged in a suit carrier. It was a bit creased but it ironed out easily and looked very smart when pressed. Some of the stitching is a bit loose on the buttons and there were a few stray threads here and there, but for the price it's very good, it only took a little work to tidy it up and my son received a lot of compliments on the day. I used the sizing guide to measure my son before ordering and it fitted perfectly.

I found that the sizing was not true to size, brought a 3 for my son then had to return for a size 4.

Received the size 4 suit was fitted perfectly however the condition of the size 4 suit received was shocking, the suit had holes, snags and frays!!! Returned this suit for another got a sent a new suit with no problems.

Apart from the sizing and receiving a faulty suit, I would say you get what you pay for hence the low price. The suit looked great on but I don’t feel it will last long.

This company was amazing as an International buyer from order to received, halfway across the world 6 days. I bought three suits and they were all as described and couldn't be any happier
