Outstanding, friendly service

I've been dealing with Guy for over 10 years now and more recently Archie, and both give outstanding service. Friendly advice, given in a language that I can understand. I never feel rushed, but at the same time, Rockstone are on the ball if I drop it! Highly recommended

Great experience with Rockstone

Following a few weeks of email communication with Archie Thomas at Rockstone Mortgage & Financial Advice, my Mum and I went over to Lymington to meet with him.

We have nothing but positive comments. Archie has been amazing. So very helpful, polite and friendly. He seemed to be as happy about the positive news he was able to give us, as we were to receive it. We will definitely go back to Archie at Rockstone when we are ready to put our selling and purchasing plan into action.

Archie was absolutely fantastic! Always at the end of the phone or email. Went above and beyond to help and offer advice. Would 100% recommend him to anyone and we'll be back when it's time to remortgage!

Rockstone have been a breath of fresh air since we move to them. Everything has been explained clearly and the costs are very transparent.

Extremely helpful and professional

Archie was extremely helpful in finding economic and workable solutions for our specific set of needs. I’m sure that we wouldn’t have managed to have obtained such a good outcome if we’d tried to navigate the financial maze without his knowledge and guidance.

Rockstone are great

Rockstone have been great and have been an absolute breath of fresh air to us.

I like the no nonsense and sensible advice, but also the personal touch of really understanding what we need as an organisation.

I am really proud that they are able to offer advice to our company and our colleagues. They seem to be able to help with everything.

Rockstone have helped with a transition of pension provider and in choosing the best scheme for us and also have been able to help with offering general financial advice to our staff.

I have been able to use them personally as well and they have helped me with my life cover and other insurances as well as reviewing my pensions, all of which have helped ease my mind as I plan for retirement.

Excellent provider to Beaulieu - recommend 5*****

We were looking for a new IFA for Beaulieu and Rockstone were chosen due to their approach and professionalism and ability to talk sensibly and clearly to everyone working here. We have used them to choose and change our Pensions across the companies and they have been excellent in their guidance, advice and support to ensure that we had everything in place for our employees. They took time to explain the smallest of things and everything went to plan and without issues. We had a bad experience with our previous pension supplier so they took this on board and recommended our new Pension provider and ensured that they were up to the task. I wholeheartedly recommend them, excellent, professional and had a brilliant people-centred approach.

Excellent and reassuring

Really grateful for the excellent and reassuring service we were given by Guy at Rockstone. Life insurance was an overwhelming minefield that we knew we needed to sort but had no clue where to start and we're bombarded by cold calls after a compare the market search. One conversation with Guy and all the stress was gone, our families needs were considered and possible reliable suggestions explained. It was quick and easy once we had the professional guidance.
