What a joke.. I was in a session playing GTA 5 today.. when some corrupt Muppet came in the session and was constantly blowing me up and destroying everything I was doing in the game...

I ignored it... then changed sessions... he followed me to another session the kept repeating it again... so he sent me messages being rude and.nasty about my family how he wants to.find where I live and kill my family... this Muppet then even had the audacity to report me to Rockstar for (not) acknowledge his messages ect.. and I get a suspension... Rockstar need to get a grip and.sort these idiots out.... can't even play a decent game these days without idiots like this ruining it for everyone else...

Rockstar seem to side and agree with the ones causing the issues....

Grow up rockstar.... look after your genuine players not the griefers...

Bought rdr2 on disc brand new cost a fortune took ages to download rest of game (125gb) played it for about an hour, locked up (froze) now doesn't even load, just stuck on loading screen, spent hours trouble shooting, still not loading, uninstall waste of time and money. Do not buy from rockstar games.

I think Rockstar really overachieved with these two games. The online multiplayer on both of these games is phenominal, especially GTA Online. I would definately recommend these two games to a friend.

Rockstar customer support is absolutely terrible.
I had to diable my old email address because it was compromised. Did it within Microsoft (hotmail.com to outlook.com transfer). I changed my address on all accounts but forgot Rockstar Social club in which I owned a game and also linked to my Steam account for another one. Since the old email no longer exists I can't acces it nor reset it and I don't have the password anymore. I provided all screenshots of proof of purchase for these games with the old email address, Sream account ID etc... They closed my first ticket claiming they couldn't verify. Then in the second ticket they eventually said they could confirm I was the owner. but a few hours later another simpleton from their customer support said they couldn't confim I owned the addresses mentionned. They are absolutely incomptent and quite frankly very dumb as well. As a result I was robbed for three games I legally purchased, which I can no longer access and play depsite having all the proofs of purchase for them. I'm never paying for a game from this company ever again. Stay away form these clowns.

Not coming back to rockstar games as long, as they're trying to force battle eye on players. Battle Eye is claiming to make computers more secure, while for it to work, it needs disabling win11 security features, is just inane nonsense. Battle Eye is nothing else than corparate spyware and as such a massive security fuckup waiting to happen. Battle Eye can acces every information on your PC and it promising not to do so, is just not good enought. Not going to happen. Bye Rockstar Games.

Sam launcher Rockstara, jak każdy inny, działa, choć jest zbędny, ale jednak istnieje. Pomoc techniczna to porażka — rok temu straciłem konto i dopiero w sierpniu tego roku udało mi się je odzyskać (w międzyczasie zdążyłem założyć nowe konto i kupić dwie gry).

J'ai fourni,
Nouvelle adresse mail (vérifier)
Facture à l'appui (en copie)
pseudo vérifier
Et bien, rien a été fait, une honte
Support rockstar obsolète et manque de professionnalisme.
Ils ne savent, qu'envoyer des liens, qui ne servent à rien. Et au final, toujours au même point, impossible de récupérer mon compte,
Pas prêt d'acheter un jeu rockstar !!!!!

Rockstargames ist mittlerweile wirklich das letzte geworden. Ich habe mir vor einiger Zeit mal die GTA Triologie geholt über Steam und sah, dass das mit einem ultrawide Bildschirm unspielbar ist und sich absolut null anpassen lässt. Nun habe ich die Trilogie als Definitiv Edition gekauft und das für Satte 60 Euro. Und nun kann ich es leider nicht mehr spielen, da selbst die Definitiv Editionen mit meinem altem Account verbunden sind, dessen E-Mail Adresse schon längst nicht mehr besteht. Einloggen bei Rockstargames funktioniert nicht, es kommt egal in welchem Browser immer die Fehlermeldung, dass man zu oft umgeleitet wurde, dann habe ich versucht die Supportseite als Hilfe zu nehmen, diese lädt aber nicht mal ansatzweise vollständig, auch egal in welchem Browser, somit konnte ich da auch keine Anfrage schicken, also schaute ich zu guter letzt nach einer E-Mail Adresse des Support, fand eine im Internet, schickte eine Mail und bekam prompt die Rückantwort, dass diese Mail nicht gelesen und bearbeitet wird, da es dafür die Supportseite gibt, die dann ja aber nicht vollständig lädt und unnutzbar ist. Rockstargames kann man echt in die Tonne treten. Mal sehen ob ich über steam mein Geld wiederholen kann. Eins weiß ich. So wie sich Rockstargames jetzt schon gibt, so werde ich GTA 6 mit großer Sicherheit nicht kaufen!!!

Rockstar can simply not remove hangers and check food and cheats system and let people just ruining the game for them and they make it some playable. What the heck is this for a billion dollars company

Support refuses to help me recover my account despite providing purchase receipts, personal info, screenshots from Steam account, and so on.

After asking for an obscure detail, I asked "where can I check this?", and they closed my support ticket and refused to do further.

Bad lobby connection and sever npc all trash

Logiciel qui nécessite une connexion internet pour jouer. Impose des mises à jours à la c*n et je me suis retrouvé à désinstaller GTA V qui pèse plus d'une centaine de GO sur une connexion en 4G, à cause d'une fausse manipulation vu que l'application est juste nulle à c***r et pas intuitive pour un centime... Pour la plus grosse boîte de jeux vidéo au monde c'est une BELLE GROSSE M***DE ! :)

Estoy muy agradecido con el servicio técnico de Rockstar. Siempre que he tenido una incidencia me lo han resuelto más tarde o más temprano, además me han recompensado en el juego de la incidencia. Son muy resolutivos y cuidan mucho al cliente.

GTA 5 online un caos y un imposible de jugar desde que metieron la mk2 olvidate de jugar tranquiloy encima no teniendo problemas con la conexion de internet sigue pasando el dichoso problema que en una sesion completa te quedas solo y sin nadie con quien jugar aunque jugar no porque siempre es lo mismo este juego dlc de calles con mas de 1000000 de precio vamos increible lo nunca visto pero vaya que nunca volvere a jugar gta despues de 10 años de que llevo jugando gracias por cagarla tanto rockstar un aplauso porfavor
