ROCK ON ROCK SHOP…
The team at the Hamilton Rock Shop were very helpful,friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As I had to travel from Te Kuiti to pick up my sons Christmas present,they made sure everything was ready. Overall,a great experience,and I'm sure,I will be back for more purchases

Worst experience at Rockshop Wellington
Bout a year or so Ago Worst experience at Rockshop Wellington, had to fight for a refund,)when the whole thing could have been sorted out the first time.i was very poorly informed,staff are very lazy and are to busy In there own little world,very rude I indeed & lucky to get 1 star..Would not recommend to anyone.(native instruments 49 keyboard)

Very fast
Very fast, ordered online, I had an issue with product I had received (didn't work) within 2 emails an exchange was sorted. When I went into rotorua rockshop to exchange the product the staff were friendly and very helpful and had me sorted and on my way home in no time.

The option of being able to choose what…
The option of being able to choose what I wanted when I walked into the Henderson branch. Service was outstanding. Had many brands to choose from and no pressure was put on me when I made my decision of the instrument I wanted. Can not thank you enough.(P.S,hubby loves his 50th present👌)

They didn’t have the keyboard we wanted…
They didn’t have the keyboard we wanted in stock and offered floor model
Wasn’t really wanting that, but took it when they offered $80.00 discount only because my son knew I was going to the shop to purchase keyboard
I didn’t tell him it was out of the window
The staff were friendly, and helpful
Got everything packed into the box nicely and it looked great

Rockshop K road…
I bought a second hand guitar from trade me for my son and one of the pickups wasn't working. I took it to the guitar department of the Rockshop K Rd and they were truly amazing. We are so grateful they fixed it in one day It wasn't expensive and it's sounding awesome. Highly recommend taking guitars here to be fixed. The staff are really friendly and absolutely lovely. Thanks Adam!
