Our ‘hero’ product is Rockit, a portable baby rocker that fits any pram or stroller and gently rocks to soothe babies to sleep. Rockit was developed by 3 dads on mission to help other parents safely soothe their babies to sleep. Dr. Nick Webb invented it when his three-month-old daughter Abby refused to sleep in the pushchair. Zed is our astronaut shaped sleep aid that sends babies to sleep just like the car. The finely tuned vibrations ripple gently through any mattress, encouraging a deep sleep. Finally we have Wooshh, the small but mighty sound soother which has 8 calming sounds, 4 volume levels and is USB rechargeable. Rockit has won multiple design awards including 2 prestigious Queen’s Awards for Enterprise. We even visited Buckingham Palace to collect these! Other accolades include a Design Council Spark Award, an A' Design Award, plus several ‘Junior Design Award’ and ‘Made for Mums’ golds.

Wooshh sound machine is not worth the money.
Wooshh sound machine is not worth the money. Far too expansive. It’s nothing special. This product shouldn’t be anymore than £15. If I didn’t open it from the box I would have returned it and bought one of TikTok (my friend has the TikTok one and it’s amazing)
The rockit is amazing I would definitely recommend it. I am yet to open the Zen 2.0 product so not sure what it’s like yet.

A quality and innovative product
A quality and innovative product that does exactly as it says it does. Really practical help designed & built to solve a problem.
I've purchased four products and they have all been great. I had a small warranty problem with one of them that was handled very promptly and fairly. So, excellent Customer Service too.

They don't last 6 months
I bought two of these in September through a company on eBay. Unfortunately I didn't realise that the company was not an approved seller so when one of my Rockit's decided to stop working within six months, all I got from the company was that I would have to take this issue up with them. It was quite an abrupt response.
Pretty bad service actually. Your email shows your true colours, and as a childminder, I will make sure that others don't fall foul of the same problem by posting on many of the forms that I am on.

I am so impressed by this company. I contacted customer support as my bracket had broken and my rockit was still under warranty and they replaced this same day. They were quick to respond and was able to sort my concern very quickly! Highly recommend!

I never imagined a small vibrating piece of plastic could be such a staple in our household. It is an absolute essential for anyone with a young baby who sleeps on the go. We're still using ours over a year later.

Expected better longevity
The product is good at what it does, it rocks the pram and cot perfectly and helps my little one get to sleep. However, I bought this product just over 12 months ago and wanted to use for my second born but the battery life now lasts no longer than 20 mins after charging. I contacted rockit and they said the only option was to pay to send it back to them and then pay them £15 to repair it. I understand it’s older than 12 months but at £50 I had expected better longevity or better customer support with a faulty product. Josie on email was lovely but expected a better policy from rockit.

Hi Natalie. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received. As your purchase was in March 2024 it was 8 months beyond our warranty period. We offer an out of warranty repair service at cost price, the £15 includes postage and packing and we either repair or replace the Rockit if repair is not possible. We understood from your original communication that you didn't want to send it to us and wanted a replacement sent out instead. We much prefer to have the broken one back for repair as it has less environmental impact.
