Like many others, I have not received the Croc Collector's Edition package I ordered from this company two years ago. My order was placed in October 2024. All we hear from the company is lies and excuses about their complete failure to deliver what they promised.

I pre-ordered Croc Legend of the Gobos physical edition in March of 2025. It's September of 2026 and I just had to pay an aditional fee that they promised to pay themselves (wich was a lie). After more than a year of nothing, not only I am not sure my game will arrive, but I had to pay more because they are incompetent and terrible liars. DO NOT BUY OR TRUST ANYTHING THEY OFFER.

I ordered a physical copy of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos back in December 2024, with a promised release date around March–April 2025, if I remember correctly. Despite the digital version being released, they delayed the shipment of the physical edition multiple times for various reasons, only finally sending it out in August 2026—an absurd amount of time. To top it all off, they forgot to update my shipping address (I moved in the meantime), which I had updated at least a year ago. This caused major headaches with the courier, who still hasn't delivered the package for who knows what reason. Highly unrecommended. The only redeeming factor was their email customer support."

I placed my order 18 months ago as soon as orders went live. On no less than 4 occasions were we given delivery estimates that ranged from a specific time of a month to entire seasons (summer 25 for example). They hit none of them. We were promised updates every month, this did not happen.

The MOST shocking is when my item finally finally arrived. It didn't work! I was given an "Unrecognised Disc" error. I emailed them immediately and was told they needed the console model number and they would take care of it.

Since I responded promptly I have had zero contact from them and it has been and additional two days. I have sent a follow up email asking again what are the next steps and am awaiting a reply.

**Update I have been told it's a small percentage of 3200 copies that are affected and the issue I am facing regarding the defect "They are all directly from Sony and we haven't received any word on the issue". I have been told that they should be able to ship replacement discs vaguely, sometime next week. Even if this specific fault isn't directly down to Rock It Games, their customer service, communication, business resilience and own distribution are very poor. It's heart breaking to see a new name on the market trying to do physical media right, get it so shockingly wrong. I pray and hope I may actually get a working copy I paid for a year and a half ago.**

Order took over a year to ship, i’ve moved since ordering and contacted rockitgames for help and they did absolutely nothing to resolve except state I should look into mail forwarding. What a disappointing joke of a business.

Same issues as others. Still haven’t received the collectors edition after almost a year. They’re terrible with updates and do nothing to remedy the situation.

Still waiting for my copy of Croc for PS5, which I bought an year ago. Other people with the same problem tried contacting them, to no avail

Lies after lies after lies. Maybe they had good intentions, but they were unable to deliver on their promise, more than once. And they leave worried comments unanswered, further making themselves look bad. They are worse than Limited Run. I will not be using this company again.

I bought a pre-order for the Switch collectors edition of Croc from Rock It Games over a year ago. At the time of my purchase, the release date was Q1 2025. Throughout the year, this release date moved further and further away. The very few updates they would share on social media would contradict each other, meaning they lied to customers at least once about the production status. Floods of questions to them on Twitter go unanswered; it is not a good look to ignore paying customers. At the start of this month, after I emailed them to complain, I was lucky enough to recieve email response from them with a "100% garuntee" that it will ship this year... now there is only one day left of the year, so it is safe to assume it was yet another lie. If it ever arrives, I *might* bump this review up to two stars.
