I feel like I have been continously robbed by an app. that is meant to save me money. I tried to cancel my subscription 4 times via email and once via call- all unsuccessful - I am having serious money problems and wanted to get the app to help me save, instead i wasnt able to connect my accounts to the app.- nobody helped me when I ask and then tried to cancel- 5 TIMES- As I am writing this, I AM STILL TRYING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION because the ai they put me in touch with now thinks I should talk to a human...madness

Was never able to connect to my credit union, just get a message that “they’re working on it”. Disappointing, I really wanted to use this service.

Signed up for this service based on other reviews. I primarily wanted it to keep an eye on my subscriptions. Did not work. Might be good for managing money, but I already do that. The subscription feature did not work.

Rocket Money uses plaid to connect your bank account to them. My credit union does not allow this procedure due to security concerns. No option to manually enter your information. Would not advise to use this app until they can fix the issue.

I had this app for two years. I didn't check the app for six months and when I tried to log back in, it told me I needed to verify my identity. Every question it asked me was in accurate and it would not allow me to confirm my identity. When I spoke to customer service about the issue, they hung up on me. They have terrible data, they have terrible customer service, and their information is inaccurate. They are trying to charge people for selling your data and profiting from it. They are a terrible company and you should never use their services.

Fantastic app - I use it for all my budgeting. Sometimes accounts disconnect but it’s pretty easy to reconnect them.

If your to lazy to look at your bank transactions and app store/iTune subscriptions, that are free. Then have this data broker look at your history. Does it work, Yes. Would I recommend absolutely not.

Rocket money is a scam. You cannot talk to a person at all. It is all AI driven. They lied to us about a subscription being cancelled in 2 months when it was actually 10 months. Even though we said not to do anything they went and redid our subscription which was for more than we were paying. They also dont tell you that they charge you 50% of what they suppossidly are saving you. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

They took out my subscription money 4 times in a row equaling $36.00 & I can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription!!!

It didn't do anything for me they couldn't log into my credit union and a couple of my credit cards in the trial period and it's so quick that I already got charged one month said they were going to give me options on how to get them to find and fix to log into other accounts never did not worth it at all

They couldn’t even connect to my main check account. Absolutely useless!

ETA, I see that customer service has responded. They were the ones who couldn't connect me after several emails back and forth.

Most annoying internet adverts ever. Any company that feels the need to repeat itself self 3 times at the end of its advert will never get my attention.

All I have to say about this app is if you need it you really better take better control of your finances. On these commercials these people are paying hundreds of dollars a month for subscriptions they don't even know they have. Where do they think their money is going? Learn how to read your bank statements people.

Lowered my satellite radio from $14.90/month to $12.92/month. Saved me about $23 for a year. OK great!

However, they told me they saved me $445 because they base their savings from the FULL UNDISCOUNTED PRICE, not the price you are actually paying.

So I owe them 35% of $445 (ABOUT $150) because they saved me $23/year.

Total scam. Fought with them forever for a refund, and they eventually realized I was correct, but still somehow tried to blame Sirius xm.

Rocket Money is a big joke. In order to cancel subscriptions that you are paying for you pay for a subscription with Rocket Money to cancel subscriptions in order to save money. So basically you pay other company to cancel your subscriptions instead of just cancelling the subscriptions yourself. That’s a waste of money if you pay someone else to do it for you. BIG JOKE

I have been having trouble trying to cancel two subscriptions for items that I bought through PayPal. PayPal changed their website and I can't figure out how to cancel a subscription. Emma, at Rocket Money helped me cancel them using my Rocket Mobile app. She was patient and very helpful. You have a great employee in Emma!

Waste of time and money.

I tried this service almost 9 months or so ago and cancelled immediately. The commercial makes it sound like it’s so simple; that they tell you all the subscriptions you’re paying for and will cancel them with the click of a button upon your request. This could not be further from the truth!! You have to put in all the information for the subscriptions even after connecting them to your bank account. If I had all that information compiled I wouldn’t need them! Then I’m paying them to do all that grunt work? Why?
I never write reviews which is why I did not write one at the time so long ago, however I’ve been seeing their TV commercials again quite often demonstrating just how simple it is based on people not even remembering or realizing what subscriptions they’ve signed up for and decided to write this review. Mostly to remind myself how disappointed I was as I found myself almost wanting to try it again falling for the marketing!!! So, I decided to write this review instead so because it just is Not the case! It’s so disheartening to constantly have marketing campaigns shoved into your brain that promise something the company doesn’t deliver! Don’t fall for it!!!
