I don’t know - my order was inadvertently cancelled.
Svar från Robotime
We're extremely sorry for the late arrival and any disappointment with our shipping process and customer service. We understand the frustration of the longer delivery time when ordering directly from us compared to Amazon.
We're constantly working to improve our operations. If you contact our customer service at service@robotime.com, we'll do our best to make it up to you, perhaps with a discount on your next order. We value your feedback and will use it to enhance our service.
