The product is quality, the only thing I would like is more extra pieces for the fragile parts. They do break and have to be glued no matter how careful you are.

Me encanta esta marca. Ya he armado varios, pero debo decir que el reloj cuckoo es uno de los mas bonitos! Recuerdo haber dado la sugerencia de que hicieran uno y no solo lo hicieron sino que supero mis expectativas. Es un reloj cucu de verdad!! . Lo recomiendo 100%. Es facil de armar y queda precioso en cualquier lugar

A small extra cost worthwhile I think especially since they come from china. Never had to claim on it so can’t say exactly how good it is.
