All I did was worry while waiting for the item to arrive but it never did. 0 updates the whole tracking process and no one actually doing anything to see where my item was. Complete scam
Svar från Robotime
We are truly terribly sorry for the terrible shopping experience that made you anxious throughout the waiting period. It is absolutely unacceptable that there were zero tracking updates and no follow-up on your missing parcel. This is never our intention at all.
Please kindly send your order number to service@robotime.com. Our team will immediately look into the logistics status and properly resolve your order issue for you as soon as possible.
