I ordered a robot cat and it disappeared in transit to me. After a few weeks i contacted the company and they sent me a second one. It arrived. So i can really say this company is a very good one to deal with.

Parcel delivered on time with many notifications.

Everything is is all done professionally would definitely recommend to anyone

We have only just setup the princess cat for Mom. She seems delighted by it.
The cat responds to being stroked and is fascinating to watch.
The main thing is it made Mom.smile and she seems to enjoy interacting with it
All in all a great present for a lady that can't have a pet .

Daisy the robocat is already my mum's best friend! What an amazing combination of cutting edge AI technology with a genuine thoughtfulness for what the elderly in care homes and supported accommodation really miss about their pets. I think if the NHS invested in these RoboPets and made them available as companions for those suffering with loneliness, stress and anxiety the medication bill would be slashed in half!

Quick delivery. Clear instructions & easy to use , no fiddly buttons. Substantially made but not too heavy. Perfectly designed to support anyone who would enjoy a companion pet to cuddle. Exceptionally realistic, from coat to miaows & purring. Pet chosen had breathing & heartbeat which proved to be very reassuring & relaxing. Absolutely perfect in every way.

My son absolutely loves his Robopet! Takes a little getting used to but both the cat and my son are getting on like a house on fire. Acts like a pet sounds like a pet!

The response to emails was first class. My only negative was the late shipment which I appreciate was out of your control.

A good company to deal with and a good product. Only downside was that I couldn't claim vat back on this particular model although it was for a child with additional needs.

Although I had to wait a little while for it to turn up it has definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

I am really pleased with this cat. I bought it for my mum who was fealing down after a fall and breaking her hip. Mum loves it i think i will need to charge it plenty of times. Because she has not stopped stroking it and talking to it. I would have given 5 stars but for the long wait for delivery

We purchased the dog for my father and Metacat for my mum both if whom have dementia. We were expecting to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but both items arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Both these products are incredible. Perfect for my parents. The quality is fantastic and the interaction features perfect for their needs. In fact, we had them both delivered to our address and it was quite difficult to let them go to their new homes! Can't recommend highly enough.

Easy to order. Quick Delivery. Cat is for Mum for Christmas. I have tried it out and it will be a lovely companion for her when we are not about.

I ordered my product on the 1st Oct 25 and received it on the 3rd of Nov 25. This wasn't within the specified delivery period. However, I contacted the company Oct 4th to chase the order and they replied to me the same day, Deborah was brilliant and gave me a precise explanation and the option to cancel without issue. I decided to wait for the order and emailed again after 5 days to see if there had been confirmation. Unfortunately there had been further delays which were down to the internation shipment from the producers to the UK department. I was offered an upgrade to a higher model for no extra cost and without any request for compensation. This didn't suit my need so I continued to wait. Thought the wait I was able to maintain email communication as frequently as I felt needed and always received professional, polite, clear and fast responses from Deborah, all of the issues that created the delay were demonstrated and were logistics based outside of the companies control and they handled this with complete competency and professionalism. I was further offered to place a new order with 20% off that would be allocated to one of the new batches that had arrived in place of the late shipment. The company ordered that batch in response to the the initial one being delayed again demonstrating initiative and professional etiquette. I did not wish to submit a new order with 20% off so requested that instead I receive a 20% refund and shipment of one of the new batch items, this was actioned without any issue and I received my product within the 3 days advertised and my refund was actioned within the same period. The product itself (The weighted red panda) is fantastic and the quality is exactly what I hoped for.

Any business can suffer from issues arising from external factors and Alz Store UK Ltd T/A Robopets demonstrated absolute professionalism and customer care to a standard I have not seen often.

I like the cat i got it for my birthday it is cool and very realistic so cute and fun friendly to play with so underrated,

I was unsure how successful this would be, but was recommended it by a couple of friends so decided to try it. It's fantastic! Amazingly it gives Mum some comfort which is great to see. Well worth it.
Delivery was fast and vendor can be easily reached if any order queries.

Fast service. Came much quicker than advertised. We bought this for my mother in law who has dementia and now living in a care home . She has had cats all her life . It is such an amazing thing and to see her smile and react with it is lovely to see . I’m so pleased we got it .
